Groundless Detention of One Hong Kong and Four Shenzhen City Falun Gong Practitioners at the Hands of the National Security Bureau

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Wayne Tang from Hong Kong (who has thankfully already been released), Ouyang Hengxiang, Kong Ruiying and Zhou Xiaowei from Shenzhen City in China were groundlessly detained by National Security Bureau personnel in Shenzhen City.

Hong Kong news: Hong Kong Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Wayne Tang and Shenzhen Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Ouyang Hengxiang, Ms. Kong Ruiying and Mr. Zhou Xiaowei were taken away from a company in Shenzhen by National Security Bureau police and put in detention without a valid reason.

Mr. Wayne Tang, a Hong Kong resident, is also a British citizen. Although released, he is now under surveillance, suspected of "organizing Falun Gong activities."

Ms. Ouyang Hengxiang, around 30 years old, is now detained in the Longgang Detention Center for possessing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. She has been denied family visits.

Mr. Zhou Xiaowei and Ms. Kong Ruiying are husband and wife, working in the same company as Ms. Ouyang. On November 13, officers from the National Security Bureau appeared and found Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials in their office drawers. Mr. Zhou Xiaowei is currently being held in the Longgang Detention Center and Ms. Kong Ruiying in the Luohu Detention Center. Their daughter urgently needs her parents' care.
