Twenty-one Police Officers from the Zhongba Labor Camp, Guizhou Province, Receive Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of October 30, 2003, a van full of police from the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp crashed into a big bus. All twenty-one police officers in the van were injured, and some in critical condition were sent to Provincial Hospital No. 2 for emergency treatment of brain damage. It was said that the accident was karmic retribution for the police's persecution of innocent, good people. This accident greatly shocked the evil in the Guizhou Province "610 offices,"(1) police departments and throughout the labor camp system. The vicious police who persecute Dafa practitioners were all frightened, worrying that one day they also might suffer retribution.

The Zhongba Forced Labor Camp is the center for persecuting Dafa practitioners in Guizhou Province. During the past four years, the labor camp has detained several hundred Dafa practitioners. The police there inhumanly abuse these good people both physically and mentally. The labor camp police have also formed "special teams" made up of drug abusers to persecute Dafa practitioners.

The abuses against Dafa practitioners include but are not limited to the following:

• Female Dafa practitioners are thrown into male cells where the male criminals are allowed to rape them.
• Ice cubes are inserted into female practitioners' vaginas, hair is pulled out from their private parts, and their sensitive private parts are burnt with cigarettes.
• Dafa practitioners are shocked with electric batons, and beaten with police batons or iron bars.
• Practitioners are tied to a "Dead Person's Bed"(2) for several days with their mouths covered with duct tape; they are also handcuffed and hung up(3).
• Practitioners are made to freeze in the winter in unheated cells, being allowed to wear only shorts and shirts; conversely, on hot summer days practitioners are forced to wear heavy winter coats and pants; practitioners are forced to wear shoes with sharp nails inside them.
• Practitioners are beaten under the blazing summer sun; the guards push them in order to make them run while they are beaten and cursed.
• Unknown medicines and illegal drugs are injected into Dafa practitioners.
• Dafa practitioners' chests and backs are beaten with a stone or brick wrapped in cloth. Due to this abuse, Dafa practitioners have suffered internal injuries, with no obvious marks on the outside of their bodies.
• Bright lights are continuously flashed in the eyes of Dafa practitioners; practitioners are forced to watch videos and listen to audiotapes slandering Dafa for as long as 19 days straight without any sleep. In this way practitioners are forced to "transform" and write the "guarantee letters"(4) while they are exhausted and only half-conscious.
• The prison and labor camp sentences for firm Dafa practitioners are illegally extended; practitioners on hunger strikes are force-fed. This is done in order to stretch out the persecution of Dafa practitioners for as long as possible.

Under such brutal persecution, many Dafa practitioners who were detained had bruises all over their bodies, some became disabled and some died due to the abuse.

We hereby advise those who persecute Dafa practitioners to stop any persecution immediately and try to find opportunities to make up for your evil deeds before retribution strikes.

He Chuan, Deputy Director of the Guizhou Province Labor Camp Bureau, in charge of the persecution of Falun Gong.

Jiang Yanhu, Chairman of Guizhou Province Political and Security Committee and Head of the Provincial Police Department.

Qian Qingnan, Director of Zhongba Labor Camp.

Liu Guirui, Head of the Education Section of Zhongba Labor Camp.

Gu Xinying, Head of New Detainee Section, Zhongba Labor Camp Female Division.

Li, Head of the Education Section of Zhongba Labor Camp Female Division.

(1) The "610 Office" - An agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.

(2) Dead Person's Bed - The four limbs of the practitioner are stretched out and tied to the four corners of an icy-cold metal bed. The practitioner cannot move at all. Neither is he allowed to get up to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom. This treatment would last from several hours up to more than a dozen days. This type of cruel torture causes severe damage to the practitioner both mentally and physically.

(3) With both hands handcuffed, both feet off or only toes touching the ground, one is hung by the handcuffs onto a basketball support or the beam of a house. The hands and arms will soon experience abnormal sensations and become numb.

(4) The so-called "Guarantee Statement" - A statement to declare that he or she is remorseful for practicing Falun Gong and guarantees not to practice Falun Gong again, not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and never again associate with any Falun Dafa practitioners.

Editors' Note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.
