Jiang's Regime Brings Tragedy To Everyone Who Participates in the Persecution of Falun Gong

(Clearwisdom.net) It has been over four years since Jiang's regime began the suppression of Falun Gong. For all these years, I had not had a chance to visit my husband's grandparents on his mother's side. From memory, they were upright and honest people. A few days ago, I gathered some Dafa materials and went over for a visit. I was shocked to see what had happened to the family.

In addition to my husband's grandparents, both in their eighties, a young woman about 26 or 27 was standing by the fireplace. She was apparently blind. She was the wife of my husband's cousin (on his mother's side). Lying in bed was my aunt (the young woman's mother-in-law) groaning with pain, and also suffering from severe dizziness. What had brought the family such misfortune, I wondered?

After talking to them, I found out that my aunt's son was the officer-in-charge of village security, and in my aunt's words, he was responsible for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He was outfitted with an expensive motorcycle, a mobile phone and a pager. Obviously Jiang Zemin spared no expense in his illegal suppression of Falun Gong.

In support of their son, both my aunt and uncle became "unofficial" members of the village security. Early one morning, they saw people distributing Falun Gong flyers and reported over thirty families to the authorities. Their daughter-in-law naturally did not want to be outdone and began to herself actively participate in the persecution. Little did they know that they had accrued untold karma for themselves.

A few days after the incident, the mother suffered from gas poisoning. She was admitted to the hospital in a comatose state, and left with grave complications. The daughter-in-law suddenly had bilateral retinal detachment, and after two surgical repairs, lost her vision. It was a most dismal sight to behold.

This reminded me of another incident that happened shortly after the persecution of Falun Gong began (July 20, 1999). The public security director in my hometown village headed a team to search every practitioner's home, and confiscated all Dafa books. In September that year, his son, while playing with his schoolmate on a street, was knocked down by a tricycle (Editor's Note: In China and many other developing countries, large tricycles are used for much the same purpose as pickup trucks are used in North America) and killed instantly. The boy's schoolmate was not hurt. His wife was so mentally traumatized by the sudden unexpected calamity that she had to be admitted to a mental hospital.

How could one ever forget the tragic endings brought about by karmic retribution for people who harm Dafa? Such incidents occur everywhere, all over China, to people who were enticed and used by Jiang to damage Dafa. How could they escape the calamities brought on to themselves and their close relatives because of their evil doings, even when carried out unwittingly? Jiang uses the people's hard-earned money and then pushes them into the abyss of sin.
