(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, news came that the local "610 Office"* and police department was starting a brainwashing class. Upon hearing this news, some practitioners went to other places to hide themselves. I feel very sad for them, since there is really no reason for us to escape from new problems that confront us when the Fa-rectification has come to this stage.
Even from the point of view of ordinary people, isn't it selfish behavior to escape one's own responsibilities and transfer the pressure to other people? From the perspective of Dafa, Teacher has on many occasions clarified to us that he will help us safely pass through any tribulation if our thoughts are righteous. Teacher has said, "Wherever there's a problem, that is where you need to clarify the truth and save people. Don't take a detour when you run into difficulties." ("Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference").
Obviously, there is an attachment of being scared behind such hiding away, which is a manifestation that our faith in Teacher's Fa is not righteous enough. It's certain that the Fa-rectification has started to touch the most superficial surface, and the great force of Fa-rectification will soon rush into our space. The old forces have already been eliminated and their behind-the-scenes helpers are now in the process of being eliminated. In such a situation, the brainwashing classes are nothing but a manifestation that the old forces are in their death throes, which simply provides us with a good opportunity for truth-clarification and saving sentient beings. Such opportunities are undoubtedly mostly offered to those practitioners who have not stepped forward all along and those who have degenerated because of their failure to do well in the past, so that they can have one more chance for compensation and improvement in establishing their mighty virtue. Of course, it's possible that such a destructive test is arranged by the old forces. However, it's impossible to break their arrangements and ultimately solve the problems by simply hiding away. Only with solid righteous thoughts and actions can Dafa practitioners thoroughly eliminate the persecution.
As Dafa practitioners, we can't afford to pass up this precious opportunity. We should make good use of it by positively sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the behind-the-scene helpers of the old forces and all those evil beings that control the local "610 Office," and the police department that is establishing the brainwashing classes. If any 610 officials or policemen have talks with us, we should compassionately clarify the truth to them and tell them the heavenly principles that any good or evil deeds will be rewarded in the end, so they should stop their persecution. If we hide away, we simply lose the chance to clarify the truth and save sentient beings, and we undoubtedly lose the precious chance to improve ourselves and establish our mighty virtue. It might be the last chance in our Fa-rectification cultivation.
Teacher said, "The better the times get, I am going to tell you, the fewer the predestined opportunities, so you should try your best to do well the things Dafa disciples should do." ("Teaching the Fa at the Conference in Vancouver, Canada, in 2003").
Practitioners, please cherish these last predestined opportunities! Don't escape when you are confronted with problems. Instead, you should go ahead and do well what you should do. Let us not disappoint the compassionate salvation of Teacher. Try to realize our ancient promises, not disappoint the sentient beings in our future world, and try to be worthy of the title of great enlightened beings.
* "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
