Ireland: Irish Practitioners Clarify the Facts During a Concert (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On the 22nd and 23rd of November, musician David Bowie held
a two day concert in Dublin, the capital of Ireland. Sterling Campbell is a
member of David Bowie's band and also a Falun Gong practitioner. Because of
this, Irish practitioners together with the Irish Friends of Falun Gong obtained
a precious chance to clarify the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong at the
concert. Practitioners arrived three hours before the concert was to begin in order to
decorate the entrance area and to prepare everything. All those at the Friends
of Falun Gong stand wore a white T-shirt with the words Friends of Falun Gong
imprinted on them. The practitioners' manner and politeness drew many people
over to the table. Truth-clarifying materials were distributed and signatures
collected for the release of Ireland-based practitioners Liu Feng and Yang Fang,
who went back to China to appeal for Falun Gong, but were illegally arrested and
detained. They have not been allowed to return to Ireland and continue their
studies. Concertgoers were very interested to learn more about Dafa when they found
out that a member of the band is a Falun Gong practitioner. Many of them
expressed deep sympathy and outrage over the inhuman persecution against Falun
Gong in China. Lots of people asked for leaflets to learn more and gave
encouraging remarks to practitioners to show their concern. The two-day concert
allowed more people to learn about the persecution of Falun Gong. Clarifying the truth to
