Corrupt Police Frame and Arrest a Woman and Send Her Son to a Nursing Home

(Clearwisdom.net) Ju Qingsong is the Director of the Forestry Bureau Police Station in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province. This person tracked down Falun Gong practitioner Meng Qingmin and arrested her in August 2003 with the help of policemen Song Jiancheng and Zhang Tieli. Meng Qingmin was sentenced to three years of labor camp. These three policemen were awarded with a bonus of 5000 Yuan (10 months salary for an average income worker) each.

On October 28, 2003, Ju Qingsong, together with another policeman name Fu, broke into the house of practitioner Li Xiuqin when she was not there. Li's neighbor witnessed the break-in. They did not find anything in her home, so they planted a bag of materials in her room. When Li came back home, the police arrested her. A policeman went into her room and took out the bag of Dafa flyers. The police told people that she was arrested when she was distributing flyers outside. The police then sent her 11-year-old child to the local nursing home. The child did not want to go there and cried nonstop. The local Director of Residential Committee also shed tears. However, the policemen, who were only interested in making money by catching Falun Gong practitioners, had no sympathy at all.

Zhang Tieli, the policeman in Weihe Forestry Bureau was reported on Minghui Net for his evil conduct. (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/9/25/40667.html)

In addition, Zhang tracked down practitioner Chen Guojin and arrested him. Although Chen Guojin was refused entry into the labor camp, Zhang still received a bonus of 5000 Yuan.

Song Jiancheng is a policeman in Weihe Forestry Bureau. His evil conduct was reported on Minghui Net again. (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/9/25/40667.html)
