A Falun Gong Practitioner Sues Her Local Police for Violating the Law in Order to Persecute Her

(Clearwisdom.net) A female Falun Gong practitioner in a certain city filed a lawsuit against two local policemen. A trial was held at 9:30 on the morning of October 6, 2003, in the district court.

The reasons that the plaintiff filed the lawsuit included: the police searched her residence without a search warrant and the labor camp sentence forced upon her was in violation of the Constitution. She said, "There is no law in this country that states that Falun Gong is a (slanderous words omitted) and it is a citizen's right to have her own belief." She requested the labor camp sentence be overturned.

During the court debate, this practitioner made reasonable and convincing statements about the two policemen's crimes. No one interrupted her. By the time the court session ended, there was still no result. The judge adjourned the hearing.

This case clearly indicates that the force of Fa-rectification has gradually entered the human world. With practitioners' truth-clarification, more and more people have come to understand the truth of Falun Gong. Four years ago, who dared to say a just word for Falun Gong in China? Criminals can hire lawyers to defend them, yet Falun Gong practitioners were not allowed to hire lawyers. Yet today practitioners can bring a lawsuit against lawless policemen and testify in court.
