Secret Agents Establish a Mountain "Meditation Retreat" with the Ill Intention of Ruining Falun Gong Practitioners' Reputation

(Clearwisdom.net) Officials from the National Security Bureau and Police Department have been dispatching secret agents to pretend they are Falun Gong practitioners, attempting to create chaos among practitioners and ruin their reputation by doing bad things in the name of Falun Gong.

Even before the persecution started in July 1999, there had been policemen who were dispatched to various Falun Gong exercise sites to collect information. After learning the facts about Falun Gong, many policemen were moved by the practitioners' conduct and took the initiative to admit to practitioners their true identity. They even became genuine Dafa disciples. However, a handful of people still insisted on helping the evil. Fifty-year-old Qi Yaoming from Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province is a typical example.

Around February 1999, Qi Yaoming built a small village on a mountain located in Luofugou Township, Jianping County, Chaoyang City, and claimed it was a base to practice Falun Gong. Several dozen people followed him and lived in the village. Qi Yaoming provided room and board for them. They drank alcohol, cut down trees without permission, and had a car that was not licensed. These people claimed to be practitioners, but what they did completely violated the teachings of Falun Gong, and they were never clear about what true cultivation of Falun Gong involves.

After the appeal outside the Zhongnanhai central government complex in Beijing on April 25^th, 1999, Qi Yaoming and his gang criticized this peaceful gathering of 10,000 practitioners. After July 20, 1999, they prevented genuine practitioners from going to Beijing to appeal, and even fabricated documents, claiming that they were Teacher's works.

Now Qi Yaoming and his gang are slandering Teacher and Dafa websites, and they are reporting practitioners who distribute truth-clarification materials to the police, and even asking the nearby police station why they are unable to catch more practitioners.

At present, they are raising chickens and have opened a hunting ground. They go to various places to deceive people who still have strong attachments by slandering Teacher and Dafa. What they are doing is no different than what the police do at labor camps to deceive practitioners. Their purpose is to destroy practitioners who do not have a clear understanding of the Fa. Now some of these people claim they are practicing Buddhism.

In June 1999, Jiang's regime set up the notorious "610 Office" to specifically persecute Falun Gong. Later the "610 Offices" established a policy to "ruin their (the practitioners') reputations, bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically." Qi Yaoming and his cohorts are in fact carrying out this policy.

We hope that people are not deceived by Qi Yaoming. We also alert Dafa practitioners not to be moved by tricks from the police department or the national security bureau. If there is a chance, we can tell these agents solemnly that it is up to each individual to choose how to look at Falun Gong. We should tell them that it is a heavenly principle that in the end, good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil.
