Practitioner Ms. Su Aihua of Leihe City is in Critical Condition While in Detention and is now Missing

(Clearwisdom.net) Su Aihua was in critical condition, her sentence was extended and now she is missing.

Ms. Su Aihua, of Leihe City, Henan Province, who is 57 years old was arrested for producing truth clarification material. She was illegally sentenced to a 4 year prison term. When she was taken from the detention center she was known to suffer from sleeping sickness, and had additionally suffered from a stroke, high fever and high blood pressure. The Number One People's hospital had diagnosed her as being in critical condition. When leaving the detention center, she needed people to support her as she could not walk out on her own. It was rumoured that she was sent to Xin Xiang Prison.

When her family went to Xin Xiang Prison to locate her, the prison guard claimed that no such person was being detained at the prison. Her family returned to the detention center and asked the Public Security Bureau about her whereabouts. The Public Security Bureau claimed that she had been transferred to Xin Xiang Prison. Her family then went to the relevant government agency to locate her. The officials there did not provide any information. Ms. Su Aihua disappeared four months ago and no one can knows where she is. Her husband is extremely worried. He is suffering from a stroke and is staying at the hospital. There is no one at home taking care of their son and daughter.

After July 20, 1999, Su Aihua conducted an appeal for Falun Gong. As a result, she had been detained and her house was put under close surveillance. She was sentenced to a one-year term in a forced labor camp for writing a letter explaining the facts about the persecution of Falun Dafa to Leihe City's "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]. Director Yang Guozhen of the forced labor camp refused to accept her because of her poor health. She was taken back to the detention center and sent to a brainwashing center. Su Aihua refused to write the "Guarantee Statement" [A statement to declare that he or she is remorseful for practicing Falun Gong and guarantees not to practice Falun Gong again, not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and never again associate with any Falun Dafa practitioners.], thus she was sent back to the detention center. Despite of all measures, she has never renounced her belief in Falun Dafa. Later she was allowed a medical parole and released home after she was diagnosed with heart disease and other illnesses. In 2002, without any specific reason, the police searched her house. Thus, she was forced to go into hiding. She was illegally sentenced to a four year prison term. Currently her health is in critical condition and she is missing.

Leihe City, Henan Province, Mr. Yan Xinliang, a young man in his twenties, had gone to Beijing to validate Dafa and to distribute truth-clarification material. He was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor. During the past two years, while at the Xuchang City Forced Labor Camp, the police brutally persecuted him. They used different kinds of torture instruments. Bruises were found all over all over his body and he was emaciated.

Leihe City, Mr. Wu Junqing, 30 years old, was illegally sentenced to a one-year prison term at Xuchang Forced Labor Camp for his steadfast belief in Falun Dafa. He was not released after his term was up. He was later sent to the brainwashing center where he refused to write the letter of guarantee to give up his belief in Falun Dafa. He was then sent back to Xuchang forced labor camp for an additional 3 years where he suffered all kinds of torture. The torture left him emaciated and both his arms and legs became deformed.

Ms. Ye Huan of Leihe City was illegally detained in September 2003. She was sentenced to a year of forced labor camp and is now being detained at Leihe Detention Center.
