The Source of Funding for Dafa Truth-Clarification Materials

(Clearwisdom.net) One day, posters and other Dafa materials were posted in the residential area adjacent to a city police department. Local residents chatted about the incident. One lady said, "We receive Dafa materials periodically. Falun Gong has a lot of money, there must be some organization funding them." One elderly lady, who was a Falun Gong practitioner, replied, "No one gives money to Falun Gong. The practitioners contribute their own money to produce those flyers, in order to tell people the truth so that people will know what's right and what's wrong."

While the first lady remained doubtful, a retired police officer shared his experience.

"My niece, who used to live in Shijiazhuang City, is a Falun Gong practitioner. She donated her money to make flyers. She even bought a copier out of her own pocket. After the persecution began, my niece spent several hundred thousand yuan from her own bank account on printers and copiers [500 yuan is equal to the average monthly salary of an urban worker in China].

Later, the equipment was confiscated by the police. She started all over again by purchasing new machines and found another place to start up the printing work. Recently, she told me how the government has framed Falun Gong. The practitioners are all good people, and not one of them would commit suicide or kill someone. I knew that Dafa practitioners are good people and they used to live comfortable, normal lives. Now, they are persecuted so unfairly that they have lost their jobs and homes. Once, my niece wanted to borrow some money from me. I told her to give up Falun Gong before I would consider lending her money. As a result, she left with empty hands and tears in her eyes." While he was talking, his eyes filled with tears and he wept with regret. He said, "Now I want to give money to her, but I don't even know where she is." Several people were listening, including the lady who had doubts on the issue of money. Everyone there learned the truth about where the money for truth clarification materials comes from.
