By practitioners from Germany

(Clearwisdom.net) In October 2003, German Dafa practitioners wrote letters to 3,246 German judges, 2,400 criminal lawyers, 192 professors of criminal law, and some members of Parliament in order to tell them about Jiang Zemin and the government officials who, together with police, have persecuted Falun Gong in China and are to be charged with crimes of Genocide and Torture.

Many politicians and people from the legal community in Germany replied to practitioners to express their concern about this matter and to inquire about more information.

1. Currently a member of Parliament, Ms. Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger, former Minister of Justice and former spokesperson of the Freedom of Democracy Party, replied as follows to the German Falun Dafa Association: "The charges against the former president Jiang Zemin will raise discussions among members of Parliament and the public. Your statement of charges makes it clear that the persecution of human rights should not be tolerated silently. In the past few years as the spokesperson in the Freedom of Democracy Party I spoke many times with representatives of Falun Gong."

2. Professor Rinken, the chairman of the federal state court in Bremen, wrote a letter to a practitioner in which he stated that he has paid close attention to the persecution of Falun Gong. The materials given by practitioners about the crime of genocide that Jiang and his accomplices have committed made him pay even more attention to this matter.

A judge of a Federal Court in Bremen expressed his thanks to practitioners for informing him about the situation of Falun Gong. He also expressed his shock at learning that Falun Gong is being persecuted in China.

Judge Bischof of Munich wrote in his reply, "If the contents of your materials are true (I believe they are true), then I unconditionally support you. I cannot understand why Falun Gong is persecuted. Please send me more information.
