Lawless Doctors and Officials in Lingyuan City Administer Psychotropic Drugs to Practitioners as Torture

(Clearwisdom.net) Over the past few years, Sun Liansheng, Chief of Lingyuan City No. 2 Detention Centre, together with lawless doctors of a mental hospital, have been torturing firm Dafa practitioners with injections that damage the nervous system. Due to this, many practitioners have become impaired. Some have lost their sensory capabilities, some have incurred mental problems and have become uncontrollable; their voices have changed and they can't walk steadily. Among these practitioners, Wang Le has been tortured to death, while Liu Yufeng, Huo Dong and Mi Yanli have been injured severely.

According to the policemen who know about this, these ideas of torture methods and decisions all came from Zhang, Secretary of Political and Legal Committee of Lingyuan City, Pang, Chief of the Administration Office of the "610 Office*", and Dong Zhimin, Deputy Chief of the Police Department.

Li Jun, Deputy Chief of Lingyuan City No.2 Detention Centre, once shouted after being drunk, "All of you don't get transformed, Sun Liansheng (the chief) gets 500 Yuan** for each reformed practitioner, while I got nothing at all." For several years Li Jun has been furiously persecuting Dafa practitioners and has been extremely vicious towards them.
