Vancouver: Practitioners Commemorate Liu Chengjun and Demand Punishment for the Murderers (Photo)


(Clearwisdom.net) On December, 29 2003, practitioners in Vancouver rallied in front of the Chinese Consulate to commemorate practitioner Liu Chengjun who was tortured to death in custody because of intercepting cable TV signals to broadcast truth about the persecution of Falun Gong in Changchun, Jilin Province. The practitioners demanded that Jiang be brought to justice and punishment for the murderers and responsible police guards.

On March 5 2002, a few Falun Gong practitioners of Changchun City Jilin Province risked their lives to intercept cable TV signals and broadcast the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong to an audience of over one million.

The Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Gong is based entirely on lies, so it is afraid to let the Chinese people know the truth. The fact that they tortured and killed Liu Chengjun, who did nothing more than bring the truth to the people, exposes their fear.

A practitioner who participated in this event said "Jiang, who was personally responsible for the persecution, will be brought to justice eventually. The police, 610 office staff and the killers who utilized the TV interception affair to mass persecute Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun will be punished by the law."
