Differentiate Between Those in Jiang's Group and the Chinese Government; Falun Gong Practitioners Only Pursue Criminals Who Have Launched and Participated in the Persecution of Falun Gong

(Clearwisdom.net) When new Chinese government leaders visit foreign countries, Falun Gong practitioners in those countries merely quietly performed the Falun Gong exercises to express their determination in the practice. They held no protest activities and filed no lawsuits against those new leaders. Overseas Falun Gong practitioners have different attitudes towards Jiang Zemin's group and the new Chinese leaders. The practitioners are persisting in their belief. They are only opposed to Jiang Zemin's irrational persecution of Falun Gong. It was heard that Jiang was furious when he learned of the practitioners' position about this issue. The practitioners exposed Jiang Zemin's carefully built lies with their actions. People have recognized that Falun Gong isn't against the Chinese government at all.

Overwhelming evidence has proven that out of jealousy and self-interest, Jiang Zemin had overridden the law with his personal will and started the persecution against Falun Gong. He then used the name of the government and people to demonize Falun Gong in order to justify the persecution. For example, Jiang Zemin claimed Falun Gong "has political motives that cannot be told" and is "against the government," among other lies. He also used these false accusations as the excuse to persecute innocent Falun Gong practitioners, which has had disastrous effects on the country and on the practitioners. Many practitioners were forced to leave home, and countless families were broken up. Some Dafa practitioners have even lost their precious lives. Jiang Zemin is the chief criminal responsible for the persecution against Falun Gong.

Since Jiang Zemin began this illegal persecution, many Falun Gong practitioners have persistently gone to different government agencies to appeal. When Jiang's regime blocked various appeal channels, the practitioners went to the streets to clarify the truth and to expose the irrational, evil persecution. Outside of China, no matter where Jiang Zemin goes, he would always encounter protests from Falun Gong practitioners around the world. He was surrounded by condemnation everywhere he went. These protests are targeted at the chief criminal Jiang Zemin and his accomplices, who are responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong. Other people who follow Jiang Zemin and participate in this persecution, certainly, cannot escape their accountability either.

Jiang Zemin is extremely corrupt. He protects his cronies when they commit fraud and embezzlement. He has completely disregarded the law and taken the lead in trampling the Chinese Constitution. He has maximized his personal gain at the cost of the interest of the country and of the people, as well as China's international reputation. People still remember that during the SARS outbreak, Jiang Zemin was the first to leave Beijing, the city hardest hit by the epidemic, to protect his own life.

In October 2002, Jiang Zemin faced a lawsuit in a U.S. court during his visit to the U.S. Now, he is facing more lawsuits in Spain, Belgium, Taiwan, Germany and other countries. The prominent members of Jiang's group, such as Luo Gan and Li Lanqing, also face lawsuits in foreign countries. In September 2003, the Global Alliance to Bring Jiang to Justice was founded to urge people to try Jiang Zemin in the courts of conscience, morality and law. Within a short span of four months, 20 major cities around the world responded. These lawsuits and symbolic public trials against Jiang Zemin "in the court of conscience and morality" are targeted only at Jiang's personal crimes. Based on reactions from within China, Jiang Zemin doesn't have the people's support, as the Chinese people widely approved of those trials against Jiang Zemin.

Since ancient times, true cultivators have never been interested in political power. Falun Gong teaches its practitioners to be good people according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance, and to abandon the desire for fame and personal gain. The Jiang regime's frenzied persecution is the true reason why Falun Gong practitioners inside and outside of China have to step forward to clarify the truth, including tapping into cable TV systems inside China. After facing over four years of blatant slander, frame-ups and lies, which are then used to justify brutal violence, Falun Gong practitioners are still very calm, rational and self-disciplined. They remain sincere, tolerant and kind. They clarify the truth in a peaceful and rational manner, as they have done throughout the persecution. The fact that they didn't "return a tooth for a tooth, a nail for a nail" shows their great compassion and tolerance. Their steadfast actions have clearly exposed Jiang Zemin's lies.
