Speak Out on Our Own Initiative and Stop the Crimes with Righteous Thoughts

(Clearwisdom.net) The following are two of my personal understandings to share with fellow practitioners.

1. Speak Out on Our Own Initiative

In the face of the evil persecution and threats, some Dafa practitioners think: "What you (the persecutors) say does not count, only what our Master says counts." I feel there is an omission in this statement. It should be: "What you say doesn't count, what Dafa disciples say counts." Master told us in his Fa lecture that good or bad all depends on a spontaneous thought. Master also told us, "...if our righteous thoughts are very strong, then we're in line with a law in the cosmos, and this law holds in both the old cosmos and the new one: a being's choice is up to him..." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Philadelphia, U.S.A.")

I have come to the understanding of how things are unfolding. Dafa practitioners should speak out, and most of all, we should speak out firmly in the principles of the Fa. That is to say that we should have powerful righteous thoughts. If we do things righteously, Master can help us in every way. Then what we say will count. Fa-rectification has progressed to this date, we should not still have such everyday people's mentality as "waiting" or depending [on external factors], and we should do more Fa-study and act with righteous thoughts and righteous actions. We should speak out proactively and using our own initiative.

2. Safeguarding the Fa Even Better

Some Dafa practitioners kept righteous thoughts while being persecuted, and as a result, they did not feel any pain when those ruffians tortured them, and they understood that it was Master mercifully protecting them and enduring the suffering for his disciples. Recently, inspired by an article written by a fellow practitioner, I came to the understanding that when being persecuted, Dafa practitioners should first of all send forth righteous thoughts to stop the persecutors. If they do not listen, then we should send forth righteous thoughts to make the ruffians meet with tribulations in this lifetime. However hard they beat Dafa practitioners is however much tribulation they should endure. This safeguards Dafa better and also displays Dafa's mighty virtue.
