On the night of January 20, 2003, between twenty and thirty police officers arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Hu Fengqin from Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province. Her husband and daughter who do not practice Falun Gong were also arrested. Since then they have been released. Their house was illegally searched and Dafa books, cash, about 1,600 Yuan and some other possessions were confiscated.

On January 30, 2003, a Dafa materials-production site in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province was destroyed. One possible reason is that the National Security Bureau had detected the laser printer with some kind of surveillance instrument.

On the night of January 26, 2003, when Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Hui (pseudonym), Ms. Wang Fengqin, Mr. Sun Riting and another female practitioner distributed truth-clarifying materials, policemen followed them. The practitioners Li Hui, Wang Fengqin and Sun Riting were arrested, while the other female practitioner escaped with righteous thoughts.

Jia Hongbin, male, 60 years old, is a retired worker from Anshan City's No.3 Steel Factory. He lives in the Shengoushi section from Lishan District, Anshan City.

After the above two persons were brainwashed, they collaborated with lawless police and did a lot of evil things. They were responsible for deceiving Dafa practitioners by telling lies about recent accounts of persecution. Police and prisoners cruelly tortured those practitioners who didn't listen to the two collaborators, but the torture was called "education and help." In collusion with other collaborators, including Wang Jingchun and Zhang Lianlu, they quoted sentences from Zhuan Falun out of context and distorted the original meaning with extremely ludicrous logic to support their own misguided ideas and validate their self-deceiving lies.
