1. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Lists of Practitioners Unlawfully
Sentenced to Prison, Sent to Forced Labor Camp, or Held in Custody in Xuanhua
District
The following are lists of Falun Dafa practitioners unlawfully held in
custody in Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.
Those who have received unlawful prison terms: Guo Zhengqing (3 years), Guo
Xiaohua (female, 3 years), Lu Aidong (3 years), and Wang Cunyin (5 years).
Those who have been unlawfully sent to labor camp: Wan Minhai, Hu Zhimei
(female), Li Wenyan (female), Yi Jianying (female), Jing Gaixia (female), Gao
Shulin, and Li Guirong (female).
Those who have been unlawfully held in custody: Yu Fengwei, Yang Yumei
(female), Feng Lijuan (female), Wang Shiming, Zhang Zhanyuan, Liang Yuhua
(female), Lei Wenxia (female), Feng Yanli (female), and Yang Guifeng (female).
2. [Haiyang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Hui Abducted by the
Police
On the evening of January 26, 2003, Li Hui (female, pseudonym) from Haiyang
City, Shandong Province was taken away by the police while clarifying the
truth about Falun Dafa. Her elder sister Li Zhen (pseudonym) and a fellow
practitioner Ms. Yu disappeared in mid-December 2002 while distributing
Master's recent article. It has been determined that Li Zhen and Yu were
arrested by the Haiyang City "610 Office" [an agency specifically created
to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration
in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]. Ms. Yu went
on a hunger strike after being abducted. Later, the authorities extorted 5000
Yuan from her relatives before releasing her. [500 Yuan is the average
monthly income for an urban worker in China.] It is not clear what
situation Li Zhen is in. It is likely that Li Hui has been unlawfully arrested
by the Zhifu District Police in Yantai City, Shandong Province.
3. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Law-Violating Officials and the Police
at Shuanghe Town Extort Money from Practitioners and their Employers
Mi Yujiang, deputy supervisor of Shuanghe Town in Yongji County, Jilin
Province, extorted 200 Yuan from each company Falun Dafa practitioners work
for using the excuse of paying for travel expenses incurred by the county's
Political and Judiciary Committee. Local police stations have also extorted
these companies 160 Yuan each by making up the excuse of subscribing to legal
newspapers.
4. [Qinghai Province] Provincial "610 Office" Hands Harsh Unlawful
Sentences to Practitioners
On August 17th and 18th, 2002, residents of Minhe
County in Xining City, Qinghai Province watched cable TV programs that
presented the facts of Falun Gong. The Qinghai Province "610 Office" sent out
a huge number of police officers to round up Falun Dafa practitioners. Some
practitioners' homes were ransacked as well.
Falun Dafa practitioners He Wanji, Li Chongfeng and two others with the
last names Sun and Zhang were arrested. After three months of inhumane
torture, they have been recently sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison.
List of responsible officials persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners is as
follows:
Wang Guangxue: party secretary of
the police department.
Zhou Hang: member of the political
and judiciary committee.
Wu Changzhi: party secretary of the
city.
Yu Sheji: team leader of the
political security section.
She: section chief of the political
security section.
Meng: team leader of the team of
criminal cases.
Liu Bo: chief of the detention
center.
Yu: guard of the detention center.
Yang Feng: team leader of the team
of patrolling police officers.
5. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Chen Weiming and Liu
Xianghua Held in Custody at the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp
Falun Dafa practitioners Chen Weiming and Liu Xianghua (husband and wife)
are from Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. Their determination in practicing
Falun Dafa has remained steady. One year after they had been forced out of
their home, they were unlawfully arrested at the end of 2002. They have since
been sent to the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. Only a
five-year old child is left at home.
6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp
Escalates Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners
The Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City, Jilin Province forbids
steadfast Falun Dafa practitioners from meeting their family members. If any
of the friends and families are practitioners themselves, they are not allowed
to visit practitioners in the labor camp. The Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp has
escalated its persecution since last September, extending the duration of
labor from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm. Many Dafa practitioners have to bear the
suffering of being overworked in addition to inhumane torture.
7. [Jingshan County, Hubei Province] Practitioner Dong Zhaoxia Taken away
by Police from Huairou County, Beijing
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Dong Zhaoxia from Jingshan County, Hubei
Province was arrested while distributing materials that present the facts
about Falun Gong in Siping City, Jilin Province. She refused to give out her
name and was taken away by the Huairou County police from suburban Beijing.
8. [China] Seventy-Two Practitioners from the Aerospace Ministry Are
Transferred to Various Facilities; Their Whereabouts Are Unknown
Below is what I have learned about the mysterious disappearance of experts
in the Aerospace Ministry that was reported early last year.
A total of 72 people were transferred to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in
Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. In April 2002, they were then transferred to
the Fushun City No.2 Prison of War Criminals in Liaoning Province. They were
again transferred to Kunming City, Yunnan Province in June 2002. Their
whereabouts are not known at the moment.
Authorities in Liaoning Province have sent steadfast male practitioners to
the Anshan Forced Labor Camp and another facility in Shenyang City (the exact
location of which is not clear) for centralized control and persecution.
9. [Dandong, Liaoning Province] Criminal Records of the Political Security
Section Chief of the City Police Department
Wang Runlong and Wang Yuanjun, in charge of the Political Security Section
in the Donggang City Police Department in Dandong, Liaoning Province, have
gone out of their way to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners. Many practitioners
have been forced to leave their homes as a result. According to incomplete
statistics, they have sent close to a hundred practitioners to the Masanjia
Forced Labor Camp, the Dabei Prison in Shenyang City, and the Dandong City
Forced Labor Camp. Among the practitioners, Liu Zhiqu was arrested three
times, and sent to a forced labor camp twice. They took money from Liu's
family in order to agree to release Liu. However, they soon would make up an
excuse to place Liu under arrest again.

10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] List of Police Officers Committing
Cruelties at the Tangshan Forced Labor Camp
Police officers at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province
have become thugs for Jiang Zemin's criminal group. They have tortured
practitioners by means of "tying the ropes", beating with electric batons,
inhumane forced feeding, etc. Below are some of the officers in the forced
labor camp who have completely lost their human nature when it comes to
beating and torturing: Gao Yongjing, Wang Yulin, Liu Fuxing, Li Guiping, Li
Xiaodong, Zhang Xiaofeng, Li Jianzhong, and Wang Yong.
