The Strength of Dafa Practitioners' Righteous Thoughts Manifests in a Courtroom - The Illegal Trial of Yang Chuanjun and Wife Tian Jun in Dalian City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Lawless officials from Dalian City's government planned to hold a public trial of Dafa practitioners Yang Chuanjun and Tian Jun, his wife. Due to Dafa practitioners' perseverance and their powerful righteous thoughts, the trial opening date was postponed many times. Fellow practitioners used this period of time to quickly spread the news. They rationally, calmly and persistently sent forth pure and powerful righteous thoughts. Some practitioners phoned related government departments to express their resistance to the illegal trial, and some practitioners wrote letters to eliminate the evil and clarify the truth.

Some Dafa practitioners sent righteous thoughts inside and outside the courtroom, and practitioners who stayed at home kept sending righteous thoughts as well. The atmosphere was dominated by Fa-rectification and the evil thugs didn't dare mention the words "Falun Gong" throughout the whole trial. Their attitude was subdued, and became very peaceful, due to Dafa practitioners' righteous thoughts. A prosecutor with a vicious attitude spoke incoherently under the practitioners' powerful righteous thoughts. He couldn't finish reading the so-called "prosecution statement" in one piece and was very embarrassed.

Yang Chuanjun and his wife Tian Jun firmly rejected the evil's charges after being illegally detained for several months. They announced that Falun Dafa is good, and that it's not a crime to practice Falun Dafa. They also exposed the evil's persecution in court: after they were violently kidnapped on the evening of April 24, 2002, police officers in the Shahekou District, led by Zhang Ping, the person in charge of persecuting Falun Gong and the head of Political and Security Division, made up so-called evidence and brutally tortured the practitioners to extort a confession. They continuously shocked the practitioners with electric batons and beat them for three days and nights without let-up. The practitioners' bodies were covered with bruises. When Yang Chuanjun opened his shirt to show the scars, the evil was ashamed and hastily ended the trial at 11:15 a.m. without reaching a verdict. The practitioners' family members, fellow practitioners and the persecuted practitioners made brief exchanges and encouraged each other to strengthen righteous thoughts, and that all practitioners are paying attention to them. Throughout the whole process, Dafa practitioners were open and dignified, calm and at ease.

The vicious nature of police officer Zhang Keli was exposed numerous times. He participated in all Dafa-persecuting activities held in the Shahekou District Police Department. He maliciously cursed and beat Dafa practitioners. Sun Chunlan, the Party secretary of Dalian, actively promoted Jiang's persecution policies. Hao Baokun, deputy chief of Dalian City Department of Law is in charge of persecuting Dafa practitioners after July 20, 1999, and he carried out the persecution with great vehemence. These three are the main Dafa-persecutors in Dalian City. We suggest that Dafa practitioners who are able to send forth righteous thoughts with greater efforts do so in order to eliminate the evil elements in other dimensions that are manipulating the police.
