I am a Dafa practitioner in Shuangcheng Town, Heilongjiang Province. At around 10 p.m. on February 4, 2002 [December 23, 2001 of lunar calendar], a car carrying approximately 10 people arrived at my home. Wang from the "610 Office" in Puqi City, Hebei Province, illegally arrested people during the 16^th National Party Congress. Nine people were arrested and are still being detained. Their family members are not allowed to visit them or deliver daily necessities [in China, those held in prisons and detention centers are often not provided with daily essentials as they are in most Western countries].
