Qingdao Dafa practitioner and policeman Su Jiangting was discovered while logging on to a Dafa website. After he was turned in and detained for a few months, he was illegally and secretly sentenced to seven and a half years. He was accused of a fabricated charge in mid-November of 2002. He is now being detained in a forced labor camp in Jinan City.

Wuhan Dafa practitioner Wang Jijun was brutally persecuted by the police. Qingshan District court in Wuhan City secretly sentenced him to four years without notifying his family. He is now detained in Qinduankou Jail.

After 9 p.m. on January 25, 2003, three policemen from the Pianling Town police station, Benxi County, Liaoning Province rushed into a residential dwelling, climbed over a wall, entered the courtyard, broke a window, and entered the house of Liu Jiang. They illegally ransacked the home and forcibly kidnapped Liu Jiang. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

Female Dafa practitioner Yan Shufen, from a village in Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, was illegally sentenced to 14 years for making Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Her daughter Wang Li was illegally sentenced to 12 years, and her younger sister Yan Shuhua were sentenced to 13 years.

In July 2002, personnel from a "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] and a local policeman illegally confiscated things from Yan Shufen's home. They took away his property without a warrant and stole 1800 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China] in cash.

I am a Dafa practitioner in Shuangcheng Town, Heilongjiang Province. At around 10 p.m. on February 4, 2002 [December 23, 2001 of lunar calendar], a car carrying approximately 10 people arrived at my home. They were from the "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] and asked me for money. I said that I did not have any for them. A person named Yu stole 240 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China] from my coat pocket and left. Later I appealed for justice at the "610 Office" in Shuangcheng City. However, I was told that they could do anything to Falun Gong practitioners without consequences.

Wang from the "610 Office" in Puqi City, Hebei Province, illegally arrested people during the 16^th National Party Congress. Nine people were arrested and are still being detained. Their family members are not allowed to visit them or deliver daily necessities [in China, those held in prisons and detention centers are often not provided with daily essentials as they are in most Western countries].
