The Story of My Little Cousin

(Clearwisdom.net) My little cousin has been steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa from the very beginning. After Jiang's regime started slandering and persecuting Falun Gong, many people were asked to sign their names to petitions to oppose Falun Gong. This was done all around the country. Like other schools, my little cousin's school was also part of this campaign and twice asked everybody to take a clear-cut stand against Falun Gong, and then watched to see if people had actually given up the practice.

My little cousin's father is also a practitioner. He once asked my cousin what she would do if she were asked to sign her name. My cousin replied calmly, "Don't worry. I would never sign my name."

I suppose because of her steadfastness, Teacher had arranged everything very well for her. During the first round of the campaign, she had a stomachache and her schoolteacher sent her to hospital. When she came back the signature collection campaign was complete and her teacher said it was not necessary for her to make it up. In the second case one of her fellow classmates got sick and my little cousin's schoolteacher asked her to accompany her classmate to the hospital. Thus the signature collection missed her again.

Although my cousin is young, she never lags behind in the process of following Teacher and validating the Fa. Her steadfastness in Dafa makes many adults admire her. She folds paper to make paper-cranes and writes "Falun Dafa is good" on them so she can give them away to classmates as gifts.

When she turned 12, Jiang's regime had been persecuting Falun Gong for three years. However, it was time for my cousin to start junior high school and as such she had to live on campus. Since this was the case she took her Zhuan Falun book with her, however her schoolteacher found the book and turned it in to the school leader. They had a talk with her and stopped her from going to classes. The monitor of her class was also told to isolate her by keeping her classmates from playing with her and put much pressure on her in an inhumane way. Her friends were also told to ask her, "Do you want your Dafa or your friends?"

My little cousin though, did not yield to this emotional blackmail and firmly answered, "I want Dafa. I can't give up Dafa for the reason of my friends. However, I don't believe I will lose my friends just because I practice Dafa!" Just as she said, several days later, her classmates came up to play together with her. They folded paper together with her to make paper-cranes and even asked her for Dafa books.

My little cousin said that she was mostly afraid of her schoolteachers. However, whenever she got involved in anything related to Dafa, she became brave and bold. Once her schoolteacher asked them to answer a question about Falun Gong with simple sentences. She wrote, "Dafa rectifies the Universe and eliminates all the evil" and the schoolteacher gave her an A. On her way to validate the Fa, my little cousin has made her path smoother and smoother.
