The Brutal Torture of Dafa Practitioners in Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) As a Falun Gong practitioner who was once detained at Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, I would like to reveal the tortures that practitioners in this camp are currently suffering. The media in China has been deceiving people throughout the world with falsified reports along the lines of "the guards and police in the labor camp very much care about Falun Gong practitioners."

In Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, using extremely cruel methods, some police worked with the inmates in order to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their beliefs in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." Below are listed some of the torture methods that were used:

1. The police used sentence-reduction as bait and instigated the inmates to use any measure in order to force the practitioners to give up their beliefs.

2. Practitioners were forced to do heavy physical work while eating very little, poor quality food.

3. The inmates deprived the practitioners of sleep for several nights in a row. They would beat the practitioners for closing their eyes.

4. The police forced the practitioners to stand on a wet floor with bare-feet. They would then bake the practitioners under the sun during the summer and pour cold water on practitioners during the winter.

5. The police stripped the practitioners, cuffed their hands from the behind or hung them up, brutally beating them with wooden batons, belts, bamboo, or electric batons.

Case 1. The police hung up Li Yin from Nongan County, Jilin Province and beat him. Li's rib was broken and his face became distorted. Because he would not do any forced labor the police stripped off his clothes and baked him under the sun.

Case 2. Practitioner Wang Zhidong, from Fusong County, Jilin Province. The skin on his back was lacerated due to repeated whippings.

Case 3. Zhou Jian was from Baishan City, Jilin Province. The bridge of his nose was broken, wounds were all over his body, and he was vomiting blood.

Case 4. The police twisted the arms of Sun Xianming from Tonghua City, Jilin Province around 360 degrees in their sockets. Guard Zhu Shenglin then forcefully shook Sun's arms causing him great pain. Sun was tortured, crying miserably and sweating profusely.

Once, police tortured a practitioner using several tools simultaneously and even injured other police in the process. One policeman broke his nose; one's glasses were broken; one's nose bled; and one injured his leg as a result of beating with a wood baton. These evil people lost their minds to such an extent.

Every practitioner was in normal health before being dragged into the torture room, but after, they had to be carried out and were unable to walk. The police threw some practitioners into the "water house" and continuously poured cold water on them until the practitioners nearly froze to death. When the police were torturing the practitioners, the sounds of the torture tools, the police's evil shouts, and the practitioners' cries were heard throughout the camp. The practitioners' cries echoed in the camp and made people terrified. When the police became tired from torturing the practitioners, they would ask the inmates to do it. Some inmates were so terrified that they did not dare to do it. Inmates who had seen the scene all said, "We've never seen this kind of thing before. It is too scary."

No matter how Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp wants to decorate its appearance, it can't cover its demonic face. Some police in the camp have already lost their human nature. They wear the state's logo on their hats and carry out the "law," yet, hidden from others, they do despicable things, from extorting money from inmates to selling drugs.

The above cases of torture happened in my squad. There were seven squads in the labor camp. Since the information was strictly blocked, I do not know the details of the tortures and deaths of Falun Gong practitioners in other squads.

I want to tell other evil people who persecute Falun Dafa practitioners: The lies will be revealed and the evil deeds will be punished. I want to tell all deceived people in the world: Please distinguish between the kind and the evil.
