Some of the Crimes Committed in the Brainwashing Classes at Laiyang Party School in Shandong Province

(Clearwisdom.net)

  1. Female practitioner Jiang Ai is a resident of Laiyang City. In the winter of 2001, her sister Jiang Jiao and Jiao's husband Wang Peng (both are actively involved in the brainwashing activities in Laiyang Communist Party School) collaborated with the local "610 Office" (a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches) in the arrest of Ms. Ai. She was later sent to a brainwashing class in Laiyang Community Party School, but she refused to denounce her faith. Under the coercion of Jiang Jiao and Wang Peng, Ms. Ai's husband, in his confusion, spent 3,000 Yuan (Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban laborer is about 500 Yuan) to send her to Wangchun Forced Labor Camp where they tried to brainwash her for a month. During this period, Jiao was actively involved in attempting to brainwash her sister. However, Jiang Ai was steadfast in her faith. In January 2002, she was sent back to Laiyang Party School, where she was handcuffed day and night. The officials from the local "610 Office" used all means to force Ms. Ai to give up Falun Gong. They even tried to break her determination using her family relationships as a tool. However, Ms. Ai refused to yield. There were times that her hands were tied to the two corners of a bed. She was tortured continuously for more than six months. Finally, she suffered a mental breakdown, and as a result, her husband divorced her.
  2. Jiang Jiao and Wang Peng tortured Ms. Ai in the name of helping her. They are the direct cause for her mental trauma and the disintegration of her family. These two evil persons will surely be brought to justice one day.

  3. Female practitioner Zhao Yun'e is a resident of Wandi, Laiyang City. She was arrested on January 17, 2002 and first detained in Laiyang Party School. Zhao refused to give up her belief in Falun Gong and was sentenced to two years' forced labor later.

Officials Wang Lu, Wei Haibo and Guo in Laiyang Security Department used all their resources to persecute innocent practitioners at the expense of arresting real criminals. When Ms. Zhao was detained in Laiyang Party School, there were times that the officials stomped on her bare toes in their leather boots. They also sat on a stool that was put on top of her hands. Ms. Zhao was illegally detained in the School for a month, but the entire persecution lasted five months.
