Friends of Charles Li, an American citizen arrested in China Jan. 22 after arriving to see his parents, stopped in Corpus Christi Sunday as part of a 24-city tour to appeal to Texans to help secure Li's release. Li told American officials that he was arrested because he is a Falun Gong
