2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Persecution of Practitioners

Chen Yali, survivor of the "June 20 Tragedy" in Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province, has been placed under arrest again.

Ms. Chen is an employee of the Harbin Cement Factory. She was abducted on the evening of January 30, 2003 by people from the local neighborhood administration office in collaboration with the local police station. Her whereabouts remain unknown.

Chen Yali, a dedicated employee, was unlawfully sentenced to one year of forced labor re-education after she went to Beijing to file an appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. She was sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. Upon the maturity of her term, she was held against her will for over six months. Three Falun Dafa practitioners died in the massive inhuman persecution in 2001. Ms. Chen was a victim. She was rescued from the edge of death, and released in October 2001 unconditionally. However the cement factory refused to restore her employment and as a result she has had no source of income.

As the Chinese lunar New Year approaches, Wang Ming, a member of the neighborhood administration office collaborated with the local police station and abducted Ms. Chen. Her elderly parents were deprived of enjoying the company of their daughter during the lunar New Year's season.

Those who spread slandering words about Falun Dafa and lack any conscience should be aware that they are separating families from their loved ones.

We appeal to people in all professions to uphold justice and help rescue Ms. Chen Yali.

3. [Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Gao Changze in Changping, Beijing Serves Two Years of Forced Labor for Repairing Vehicles for the Public Free of Charge

Falun Dafa practitioner Gao Changze was unlawfully arrested by the Changping police in suburban Beijing for setting up a sign to repair vehicles for the public free of charge. Mr. Gao has since been sentenced to two years of forced labor reeducation and is currently held in the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Beijing.

Presently, the evil forces no longer care which approach they take in order to suppress Falun Gong. Jiang Zemin's regime has used the entire media under its own control in an attempt to turn the truth upside down by making up slanderous lies. As for Falun Gong practitioners who are carrying out good deeds, these good deeds have become an excuse to place them under arrest.

We appeal to Falun Dafa practitioners who have read this report to send forth righteous thoughts together and eliminate the evil in other dimensions. We appeal to all kindhearted people around the world to voice their support for Falun Gong practitioners under persecution in China.

4. [Huanan County, Heilongjiang Province] Zhang Chunxiao Collaborates with the Police in Arresting Practitioners

Zhang Chunxiao was arrested on April 10, 2002 at a site where Falun Gong materials were kept when a special agent from the Tongzhou District National Security Division in Beijing and the police from the Xinhua Police Station raided the site. Later Zhang could not bear the harsh torture and started to collaborate with his captors, turning practitioners in to the police.

Zhang revealed to the police another site for producing Falun Gong materials. A young married couple, with an infant only several months old and another practitioner named Ding were at the site. Losses also included cash and equipment.

Zhang also informed the police of several Falun Gong practitioners who were forced to leave their homes in the northeast of China to avoid arrests and did not even have a permanent place to stay in Beijing. The police ransacked their temporary residence and the practitioners were abducted. Among those turned into the police by Zhang is Sun Jihong who was beaten to death by the police in October 2002.

Because of Zhang's collaboration with the police, some practitioners from Beijing were abducted and the police searched their homes. Zhang has turned into a devoted running dog for the police and special agents from the national security division, deceiving Falun Dafa practitioners everywhere, looking for leads, searching for places where Falun Dafa practitioners are staying and locating material sites which Zhang had been in contact with before. Many practitioners who were arrested with Zhang were also betrayed. One fellow practitioner in the prison risked her life to send out word of Zhang's betrayal and practitioners in Tongzhou relocated safely just in time.

Although Zhang did everything against his conscience, special agents at the national security division have offered him no special favors. Zhang was sent back to his hometown in the northeast of China and placed under custody there. We hope Falun Dafa practitioners who have read this report send forth righteous thoughts together to eliminate all evil factors in other dimensions that drive collaborators persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.

5. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Chen Jie Is Abducted by the Police, Her Personal Belongings and Funds Are Illegally Seized

When the Party's 16th Congress was in session, Falun Dafa practitioner Chen Jie was unlawfully arrested while distributing materials that present the facts of Falun Gong. Prior to that she was abducted to the local police station and her home was ransacked. The police officers took into possession the copy machine and materials carrying the truth of Falun Gong. Bank deposits of over 10,000 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China] were seized. After Chen Jie had managed to escape from the police station by strengthening her righteous thoughts, officers attempted to locate her in all her relatives' homes in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province and in Beijing. Even her friends were interrogated. Along the railway, huge awards were posted for any leads that may result in her arrest.

Ms. Chen lived with her young teenage son. Her son is in junior high school and no adults are taking care of him. The child's grandparents are all over 80-years-old, and need to be taken care of themselves. Now that the police have taken the only savings they live on, they are in a troublesome situation. No relatives have been allowed to visit Ms. Chen. Details about her condition are unknown since her arrest.

We appeal to Falun Dafa practitioners who have learned about this to send forth righteous thoughts together and eliminate all the evil in other dimensions that are involved in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners.
