A Partial List of Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally Detained in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province

Lu Lanfang (male), 61, and Lu Song (male), 35, both lived at the Oil Stone Factory employee apartments in Daowai District, and were kidnapped on September 18, 2002 by policemen. They are now imprisoned at the First Detention Center of Harbin City.

Li Yi (male), 25, Zhu Fengying (female), in her fifties, Liu Wei (female), 36, and Zhang Dongmei (female), 36, are all from the Nangang District, and were kidnapped on September 18, 2002. They are now imprisoned at the First Detention Center of Harbin City.

Pan Yonggang (male), 34, is from Nangang District. He was kidnapped in April 2002. It's unknown where he is detained now.

Sun Guizhen (female), in her fifties, is a retiree from the Dongli District Electric Motor Factory. She was kidnapped by policemen in July 2002, and is now detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Zhang Yuzhen (female), in her fifties, is a retiree from Nangang District Industrial and Commercial bank. She was kidnapped by police in December 2001, and is now detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Lin Ruiyun (male), in his fifties, from the Toudao Street, Daowai district, and Zhu Lei (female), in her 40s, lived at the Boiler Factory employee apartments in Dongli District. Ning Bo (female), in her fifties, is from the Liaohe community area in Nangang District. All of the above three were kidnapped on September 18, 2002, and are now imprisoned at the First Detention Center of Harbin City.

Gong Wenyi (male), 49, was an employee of the Daowai District Real Estate Company. He was kidnapped by police in December 2001, and is now detained at the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp.

Gao Ke (male), in his fifties, is from South Jiudao Street of the Daowai District. He was kidnapped by police in August 2002, and is now detained at the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp.

Liu Guoliang (male), about 50, is from the Songpu township of the Daowai District. He was kidnapped by police in June of 2002. The location where he is detained is unknown.

Sun Tongqing (male), around 40, is from the Lihua Street of the Daowai District. He was kidnapped by policemen in August 2002, and is now detained at the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp.

Sun Shue (female), about 60, lived at the Jingxing Street Woolen Mill employee apartments. She was kidnapped by police in September 2002, and is now detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Zhang Hongzhi, female, about 60, from Beixin Street in Daowai District.

She was kidnapped by police in September 2002, and is now detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Wang Yanwen (female), about 50, from Daxing Street. She was kidnapped by police in July 2002, and is now detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Du Fenghua, Zhou Xinjian, Zhou Lili, are all females around 50. They were kidnapped by police in July of 2002 , and their current location where they are being detained is unknown.

Du Jinglan (female), in her 50's, is from South Badao Street in the Daowai District. She was kidnapped in August 2002 by police, and is imprisoned at Heilongjiang's First Women's Jail.

Zhou Wencheng (male), 35, from Daxing Street. He was kidnapped in July 2002, by police, and is detained at Harbin's Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp.

Yao Fengjie (female), in her 50's, is from Renli Street in Daowai District, and Ms. Zhang (female), in her 50's, is from the Dashuijing Street in Daowai District. Both were kidnapped by police in March 2002, and are now detained at Harbin Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Feng Qiuyan (female), around 50, is from the Lihua community area in Taiping District, and Li Xuejun (female), about 60, from Taiping District were both kidnapped by police in June 2002, and are now detained at Harbin Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Liu Liyan (female), in her 40's, is from the Lihua community area in Taiping District. She was kidnapped by police in April 2002. Wang Shurong, female, around 60, is from Jiangti Street in Daowai District, and was kidnapped by police in November 2001. Both are detained at Harbin Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Wang Huaili (male), in his 60's, is from Jiangti Street in the Daowai District. He was kidnapped in November 2001 by policemen, and is detained at Harbin's Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp.

Bai (female), 32, was kidnapped in June 2002 by police, and where is she being detained is not known.

Wang Shuzhen (female), is from Dongfu village, Pingxin township, Pingfang District. She was kidnapped by police on September 30, 2002, and is detained at Harbin's Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.
