Returning to the Path of Cultivation and Becoming Healthy Again

Before the persecution of Falun Dafa began, my mother and her father both cultivated Falun Dafa. However, after the persecution started they were both under severe pressure and gave up their cultivation. The healthy bodies they gained from practicing Falun Dafa slowly declined.

During the winter of last year, my grandfather's illnesses recurred because he was getting on in years. When sleeping at night, he would feel as though a large rock was pressing down on his heart and he could not breathe. Seeing doctors in the hospital was to no avail. My uncle, who came from overseas, brought back the best medicines, but my grandfather's illness did not improve. When my mother and uncle saw my grandfather getting worse day by day, they were extremely worried about him.

As Dafa practitioners gradually clarified the truth in a deeper and more frequent fashion, my mother came to know the truth and slowly awakened. She recalled her life before she practiced Dafa. Her entire day revolved around medicine bottles. Later, the diseases she accumulated in her many years disappeared without any treatment when she was practicing Dafa. She felt her entire body was light and full of energy, and she did not even know what illness felt like anymore. When my eighty-year-old plus grandfather began to practice Dafa, he could sit in double lotus meditation for at least an hour. He could also walk up the stairs of a five-story building without any help at all. Then, after listening to the lies and propaganda against Dafa spread by the TV, he gave up cultivation. What results will this bring? For what did he practice?

My mother shared her thoughts with my grandfather, and he also had the same feelings my mother had. From then on, my mother and my grandfather returned to the road of cultivation. Since then, my grandfather has been studying the Fa and practicing the exercises everyday, and his health has become better and better day by day. He used to need us to support him so that he could walk, but now he's able to get by without our help. He can also sit in the double lotus meditation for half an hour. Not only did my mother's health become better, but also a thumb-size scar on her face has disappeared completely. She had the scar in an unexpected accident when she was young. My aunts and uncle have all witnessed the change in my mother and grandfather from practicing cultivation with their own eyes, so their doubts about Dafa have disappeared.

In July 2002 my two aunts traveled to Europe. In the course of their trip, no matter what country they were in, there would always be Dafa practitioners clarifying the truth to them. They were of different races and spoke different languages, but they all had the same message: "Falun Dafa is good!" Also, they tried their best to help stop the persecution of Dafa practitioners by the Jiang regime. My aunts were touched, and they felt an irresistible urge to join the force of clarifying the truth. When they returned to China, they brought back some truth clarification materials made by Dafa practitioners overseas and gave them to their sisters. My relatives no longer listened to the lies on television. Before, only two of my seven aunts practiced Dafa. But now, three more have also joined the ranks of Dafa cultivators, and the other two have expressed their understanding and support.

In the past three years that the dictator Jiang and its mouthpiece media have slandered Dafa viciously, I have seen more and more people begin cultivation. The lies in front of the facts cannot withstand a single blow. The truth is making more and more people clearheaded and able to overcome their fears.
