San Diego: Falun Dafa Practitioners Introduce Dafa at the Chinese Traditional Cultural Festival (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of February 1, 2003, the annual Chinese traditional cultural festival sponsored by local Chinese Community Center lively unveiled at Downtown San Diego. During the festival, beautiful Chinese handicrafts and various snacks were sold. In addition, performances with distinctive national features were given. Local Chinese organizations, individuals as well as some American companies enthusiastically joined the exhibition. Falun Dafa practitioners also applied for a display booth and utilized this opportunity to introduce Falun Dafa and explain the persecution facts to visitors.

During the process of applying for the display booth, practitioners encountered some difficulties. After discussions, practitioners improved their understandings about the issue. Some practitioners thus went to clarify the truth about Dafa to the council of the sponsor organization. During the festival, practitioners actively cooperated with the sponsors and the event was quite successful.
