This organization has placed on file the case of Mr. Wang Xinzhong, father of Ms. Wang Bo, who has been kidnapped for the second time, and will systematically and thoroughly investigate the institutions and individuals in China who plotted and participated in the persecution of Falun Gong through media defamation.

With regard to the case of Mr. Wang Xinzhong's repeat kidnapping, this organization shall seek to obtain evidence and information from the following sources:

1. The sponsor(s) and participant(s) of the so-called "From Destruction to Rebirth" program broadcasted by Chinese Central Television Station's (CCTV) Focus Interview program on April 8, 2002.
2. Those individuals involved in the kidnapping of Mr. Wang Xinzhong in Yuci City, Shanxi Province, at the end of October, 2002, as well as the current status, contact information, and whereabouts of Mr. Wang Xinzhong.
3. Those individuals involved in the forced "transformation" of Mr. Wang Xinzhong to renounce Falun Gong in May 2001, following the publication of a letter sent by Mr. Wang Xinzhong to all employees of the Shijiazhuang Railway Maintenance Section in April of that year.
4. Those individuals involved in the forced "transformation" of Ms. Wang Bo to renounce Falun Gong at the Beijing Xinan Forced Re-education Labor Camp in April 2001, including their contact information.
5. The contact information of the Beichengjie City "Brainwashing Center" in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei Province, and the criminal evidence of the center's persecution of Falun Gong.

This organization shall protect the rights of all informants and hopes that those individuals who have information will come forward with prudence.
