Dafa practitioner Mr. Sui Futao was a resident of Liuhe County, Jilin Province. For insisting on practicing Dafa, Futao was arrested and detained at the Chaoyanggou Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province. In July 2002, Futao was tortured to death at the labor camp, at the age of around 30. The labor camp claimed that Sui Futao died of a heart attack. One of his brothers went to the camp and took care of everything without informing anybody.

However, did Sui Futao really die of heart attack?

Sui Futao was originally held at the Tonghua Labor Camp, but at the end of December 2001, he was transferred to Chaoyanggou Labor Camp. On the day of his arrival and the second day, Futao was severely beaten two times. As a result, his face was so swollen that he had difficulty eating for many days. After the beating, Futao's health deteriorated.

The director of the labor camp, Wang Yanwei, and the thugs under his direction are directly responsible for Sui Futao's death.
