Dear Secretary Powell:
I am writing to extend my support to your efforts to aid in the release of
Charles Li, a U.S. Citizen from Menlo Park, California, detained at Guangzhou
Airport, China, shortly after landing there on January 22, 2003. He was then
transferred approximately 1,000 miles away to the Yangzhou Detention Center in
Jiangsu Province, where he remains.
