The Evildoings of Police Bring Karmic Retribution
(Clearwisdom.net) The Evil Doings of Policemen in Panjin City, Liaoning Province, Bring Karmic Retribution Jiang Dong was a section manager of the Xinlongtai District political section in Panjin City,
Liaoning Province. He has been persecuting Dafa practitioners for a long time. Currently he is
suffering from the final stages of cancer, and is receiving medical treatment in Beijing. Sun Lian was a section manager of the Beijing Liaison Office in the Panjin City Police Bureau. He
was in charge of transporting arrested Dafa practitioners who went to Beijing to rectify the Fa [law
and principle]. Although police corruption is very widespread in China, and most go unpunished
for their crimes, Sun Lian is under criminal investigation for illegally selling guns, and is
awaiting trial. Serious Lesson There was a man with the surname Liang in a county located in Hubei Province. His moral values
had deteriorated, and he always treated elderly people badly. In January 2003, when a Dafa
practitioner was introducing Falun Dafa to a paralyzed person lying in bed, Liang was there too. He
slandered Dafa, and humiliated the practitioner. A few days later, Liang's family hired some people
to drill a well on their property. Liang got caught in the drilling machinery, and his body was
shredded to pieces. Many people talked about him, and said that it was Liang's bad behavior when he
was alive that had caused his death. Some even said that his death was the result of his slandering

Tian Wenjun of Hengsui City, Hobei Province, had been brainwashed in a forced labor camp, and then
went to Hengsui City brainwashing class to assist in the persecution of innocent fellow
practitioners. As a result, she suffered a sudden stroke in August 2002, and died four days later. Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is,
being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental
teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe,
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in
harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will
incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while
evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of
those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires
that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
