Falun Dafa Practitioners Illegally Sentenced to Long Prison Terms in Various Locations in China

It has recently been reported that Falun Dafa practitioners Zhao Guifeng (female), Liu Yaqian and Ma Yechi of Changchun City, Jilin Province, have been sentenced to 15 years in prison after being illegally detained for over a year.

Gao Yuqin is 49 years old. In November 2000, evil police ransacked his home and illegally sentenced him to 9 years of prison. His exact whereabouts are unknown, but he is believed to be detained in the Shenyang City Dabei Jail.

On a morning in January 2003, the court of Xiangshan District, Guilin City, Guangxi Province illegally sentenced Falun Dafa practitioners Huang Tenghui, Li Jun and Zheng Yuanhu to prison for ten, nine, and eight years respectively. They have been sent to the Liuzhou Area of Guangxi Province, where practitioners are frequently tortured. The three Falun Dafa practitioners have appealed to the higher court. The Guilin City Police Station had been detaining them since October 2001, well over a year before they were tried in court.

Falun Dafa practitioners Zhou Ping (female), Lu Keqing (female), Shao Daicui (female) of Jingmen City, Hubei Province have been sentenced to long prison terms and have been sent to Shayang City Fanjiatai Jail to be continuously persecuted. Falun Dafa practitioner Liang Qiushi was sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to the Shayang City Qilihu Forced Labor Camp in the middle of February. Falun Dafa practitioners Yao Xichong, Chai Yuhua (female) and Zhang Guangjie (female) are detained in the First Detention Center. Chai Yuhua and Zhang Guangjie have been sentenced to five years in prison.

We hope that all kind people in the world will pay attention to this matter and use all possible means to rescue the Falun Dafa practitioners who have been illegally detained.
