Retired Teacher and Dafa Practitioner Xing Ruizhen Suffering Persecution in Yantai City, Shandong Province

Xing Ruizhen, female, approximately 52 years old, is a retired teacher from Quanshui Middle School in Fusan district, Yantai City, Shandong Province. She appealed for Falun Gong in December 1999. Later, she became destitute and homeless to avoid being persecuted.

In June 2002, because she did some truth-clarifying work in Inner Mongolia, the wicked local police illegally arrested her, and sent her back to Fusan. Upon arriving there, she was sentenced to forced labor reeducation in Fusan. But because she failed the physical examination, the labor-reformatory center refused to accept her. Therefore, she was abruptly sent to, and still remains at the brainwashing center of the "610 Office" ["610 office" is a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches]. Xing Ruizhen has been extremely steadfast in cultivating the principles of Falun Gong while in the brainwashing center. Also, it is known that she has suffered tremendously, and that her body has become emaciated during her detention.

Liu Lihua, female, approximately 50 years old, is an elementary school teacher in the western part of the city, in Fusan district. She was detained in the "610 Office" brainwashing center for 5 months during the 2001-2002 period. Because she did not cooperate with the evil, she was sentenced to labor-reeducation time. However, the labor reformatory center refused to accept her because of her bad health condition. So the brainwashing center, unable to do anything with her, let her go. During the time of the 16^th People's Congress in 2002, Liu Lihua was kidnapped from her workplace and taken to a brainwashing center again. She still firmly cultivates Falun Gong and resists the evil's demands.

Sun Hui, male, about 25 years old, ran a clothing store in the Fusan industrial district. At noon on February 17, 2003, the police department in Yantai conspired with the wicked police from the police department in Fusan District to arrest Sun. Sun is currently detained in the Dongliugongcui Detention Center in Yantai City.
