Dafa Practitioner Xue Xia Tortured to Death in Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Xue Xia, female, 33-year-old, lived in Jiejiatun Village, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. On February 21, 2003, she was tortured to death in Shjiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp.

Xue Xia went to Beijing to appeal on January 1, 2000 and was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor at Shijiazhuang Labor Camp where she was brutally beaten and was force-fed a so-called "brainwashing pill." After taking the pill, she had allergic reactions, including diarrhea and vomiting. Later, she went unconscious. Seeing she was on the verge of death, in May 2001, the thugs at the labor camp released Xue Xia on medical bail. After Xue Xia returned to Xingtai City, she was diagnosed with diminished brain capacity at Xingtai City People's Hospital. The doctor said this type of brain illness only happens to elderly people. She spent more than 10,000 Yuan for medical treatment, all her own money. Later, her mother took her home and read the Fa to her everyday, and Xue Xia gradually recovered and could take care of herself. Her neighbors witnessed this change. During this period, vicious police from South Xinhua Road Police Station broke into her mother's home. They stole Falun Gong books and the picture of Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong. On September 27, 2002, the head and two clerks from Meishi Street Committee led five female guards from Shijiazhuang Labor Camp to Xue Xia's mother's home. They kidnapped mother and daughter and stole two copies of Zhuan Falun, a tape recorder and a set of cassettes.

Soon after she was sent to the labor camp, Xue Xia was forcibly brainwashed. On November 15, 2002, Xue Xia had a relapse and became unconscious. She had only a breath left. On January 4, 2003, she was sent back to Xingtai City for medical treatment and her life depended on transfusions and oxygen therapy. She passed away in the afternoon of February 21, 2003.

This is the result of Jiang criminal group's brutal persecution against Dafa practitioners. Many people at the hospital and the labor camp witnessed this atrocity. International organizations: please uphold justice and amend the gross wrongdoings done to all practitioners who were persecuted to death and their family members.
