Dafa practitioner Liu Zhihuan was the general manager of the Qingdao First Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. and the engineering section chief of the Qingdao East Region Planning and Development Office in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. He has been publicly recognized for his integrity and for being an excellent leader. On August 8, 2002, a wicked person in Qingdao City suspected that his home was a Dafa materials site. Without any evidence or legal procedure, this evil person led over a dozen police officers in an illegal search of his home. This barbarous act sickened the watching neighbors. After they found no evidence, the lawless police abducted Liu Zhihuan, and took him to the Dashan Detention Center for unlawful detention and persecution. Now, six months has passed. In jail, Liu Zhihuan continues studying the Fa and doing the exercises, and openly and firmly creates a cultivation environment.
