Hehuakeng Labor Camp in Tangshan City, Hebei Province Tortures Practitioners with Electric Shock, Binding with Ropes, and Beating Genitals with Mops

In late June 2001, in order to brainwash Falun Gong practitioners, the Hehuakeng Labor Camp in Tangshan City, Hebei Province formed a so-called "Beat Die-Hard Team." There was a total of six groups with specific methods for torture, such as electric-shock, binding with ropes, beatings, and physical punishment.

In February 2002, they once again formed the "Beat Die-Hard Team," which continued to employ methods such as tying the practitioners up with ropes, electrically shocking them, depriving them of sleep, beating them, physically punishing them, and inciting other inmates to beat them up. Practitioner Zhao Lijun, for example, was ruthlessly beaten up.

Wang Yulin, head of the "first class" accused the practitioners of not filling out forms. Then, he beat up and electric-shocked several practitioners. For all the practitioners who were on hunger strikes, Wang Yulin put them under strict confinement and tied them up to a bed. Practitioner Chen Aizhong went on a hunger strike to protest after he was beaten up and electrically shocked many times. Later he died from the force-feeding, which was carried out by the criminal leaders, Wang Yulin and Xu Jinzhu.

Practitioner Zhang Shucheng had his genitals beaten until they were injured and swollen. Then, he was treated with an intravenous injection. The medical expense was over one thousand Yuan and this was shared by Xu Jinzhu and others. They tied the practitioners to a bed, stomped on their chest with their feet, and hit the practitioners' genitals with mops until they were swollen.

The police in the "Beat Die-hard Team" are: Wang Ying (group leader), Wang Lilin, Li Xiaozhong, Li Jianzhong, Liu Fuxing, Wang Yishan, Li Weiping, Zhang Xiaofeng, Zhang Tiejun,Yi Zhongtang,Gu Dian, Han Dongqi and others. The deputy team chief is Wang Yong.

Li Shuli is a practitioner from Changli County, Tangshan City. He carried out a hunger strike to protest the persecution of Falun Dafa. Policeman Wang Yulin from the sixth team incited others to beat him up. In addition, he ordered others to tie him up to a bed with his four limbs facing up for several days. The handcuffs cut deeply into his flesh and the wounds have still not healed. Because he was handcuffed for so long, he was unable to raise his arms and hands and he is unable to care for himself right now. At present, he is still suffering from the mental and physical torture he received while held in the "first class" (sitting on a small stool, with no sunlight all day long; he was only allowed to go out twice a day at 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In addition, there was only a limited supply of water, which he could only have with one or two sips at a time. The room also really smelled). The victim said, "Sometimes my chest feels suffocated and I cannot breathe." He repeatedly reported this to the person on duty but he received no response.

Zhang Shucheng is a practitioner from Fengrun Area, Tangshan City. He resisted the brainwashing class and was handcuffed to a bed. One ruffian stomped on his chest. Furthermore, he put Zhang's legs together and used mops to ruthlessly beat his genitals. The victim said, "My penis is severely injured." Zhang was transferred to the Gaoyang Labor Camp in Baoding City, Hebei Province. He loudly shouted, "Falun Dafa is good" at the moment he was pulled into the police van.

Zhang Haiduo is a practitioner from Tangfang Area, Tangshan City. He was beaten to the point that he was disabled. He was then transferred to the Gaoyang Labor Camp in Baoding. The police attempted to cover up their crimes.

Li Yushu is a practitioner from Tangshan City. Because he had been on a hunger strike for too long, he still cannot walk and needs someone to support him.

Liu Yongwan is a practitioner from Tangshan City. Because he was on a hunger strike for too long, he was repeatedly force-fed, and he still cannot walk at present.
