Breaking His Professional Oath to Heal People, A Medical Doctor at the Tieling Detention Center in Liaoning Province Commits Vicious Crimes Against Dafa Practitioners

Dr. Qian Dapeng, a medical doctor at the Tieling Detention Center in Liaoning Province, broke his professional oath to heal people and instead viciously persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. He frequently participated in torturing Falun Gong practitioners, and even the convicted criminals detained there said he was terribly cruel. Qian infused large amounts of water and heavy doses of drugs into the stomachs of practitioners who were holding hunger strikes calling for their release. The infusions were done so rapidly that the practitioners' stomachs suddenly swelled very large, making them suffer terrible pain. Qian, however, viciously claimed, "I meant to make you suffer. I'll make you suffer between being dead and alive. I'll infuse the urine of venereal disease patients into your stomachs and the blood of hepatitis patients into your veins." When he force-fed Falun Gong practitioners, he pushed the tube in and out of their nostrils over ten times, causing bleeding in their noses and stomachs and rupturing their esophagi. If the practitioners didn't co-operate, he would beat them severely. Once he punched the face of a female practitioner, and the swelling didn't go down for several days. He often humiliated female practitioners with abusive and dirty words, and burned their hands with cigarettes. One time he ordered a convicted criminal to pinch the inside of a practitioner's thigh to see if she was dead, but even the criminal had to say, "I am too scared to do it." The practitioner had been tortured until near death, but Qian Dapeng covered her mouth with one hand and pinched her nose with another. This went on for a long time until the convicted criminal pleaded, "Dr. Qian, why do you do this?" Normally the criminals dared not speak to him. He often orders convicts to punch Falun Gong practitioners, and he takes pleasure in seeing it.

The detention center tortured practitioners holding hunger strikes for 24-hours torture. Some of them were handcuffed and shackled on a fixed board and even could not turn around. Some had their necks chained to their ankles with iron chains and were kept motionless in such a painful posture. Even in this situation, Qian punched their chins and kicked their bodies. He claimed, "If someone dies, take him out immediately. This detention center is not afraid of some death." He became even more rampant when some practitioners told him the truth facts about Dafa.

There is no one who can ever escape retribution for his evil deeds. What Dr. Qian Dapeng soon faces is the punishment of justice.
