Two Amazing Occurrences: Mute Woman Can Speak, Serious Illness Is Cured

Teacher said in the Fa-Lecture During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference, "I've also told you that this Fa is so powerful, and that I have melded my immense abilities into this Fa, so this Fa can do anything for you."

I am a practitioner from Northeast China. I began to practice Falun Gong in 1995. During the years of practicing, I witnessed many amazing things. I am writing them down here to share with fellow practitioners.

The first is a mute woman who was able to speak. During the Chinese New Year in 2000, I went to Beijing to validate the Fa and was arrested. In the detention center, Lao Wang, a practitioner locked in the next cell, told me that a mute woman was locked in her cell. I told Lao Wang, "Why don't you teach her the exercises?" Soon, the mute woman began to do the exercises with Lao Wang. They kept doing the exercises everyday. One day at breakfast, the woman gave me a thumbs-up sign. After fifteen days, my term was over. The day before I left, the mute woman was able to speak. Everyone was very excited for her. On the day that I left, I leaned my head against the wall and heard the woman's voice reading "Lun Yu" in Zhuan Falun: "'The Buddha Fa' is most profound; among all the theories in the world, it is the most intricate and extraordinary science."

The second story is about purifying the body. Right before the Chinese New Year in 2003, my husband was seriously ill upon arriving at home. Subsequent hospital tests showed that his lungs had accumulated fluids. He also had symptoms of blood in the urine, coughing, and fever. He was hospitalized. In the first half month, though the hospital performed all kinds of exams on him, and had given him shots and pills, his situation worsened daily. Later, the doctor asked us to help. My daughter and I carefully took care of him, and at same time, we introduced the Fa to him. He told our daughter, "When I can return home, I will learn the exercises from your mother." He did the postures of the second exercise. Surprisingly, the hospital released him on that day. When we were home, he listened to our Teacher's lectures attentively. On the second day, his pale face became lively, and his spirits were high. On the third day, his high body temperature began to drop. The urine symptoms and the coughing became less severe. On the fourth day, the urine symptoms were gone, his body temperature became normal, and the coughing disappeared. After several days of doing the exercises, he became a healthy person. Through the things happening around me, I have verified that Falun Dafa is a science, not superstition. Dafa is the truth.
