Policemen Torture Dafa Practitioners to Unconsciousness in Lincheng County, Hebei Province

On October 21, 2002, after some people who were mislead by the evil propaganda informed the Public Security Bureau in Lincheng County of the whereabouts of four Dafa practitioners, a group of policemen from the Chengguan Police Station and the Handan Labor Camp illegally arrested the four practitioners. One practitioner was from the local area and the three others were from other areas. They had been forced to leave home to avoid further persecution in their hometown. The practitioners are:

Shang Kunfeng, Deputy Commissioner of Zhengding County, Hebei Province.

(He was on the provincial Public Security Department blacklist, and a big reward was offered to find him.)

Li Jinfeng from Xingtai City, Hebei Province

(He was sent to a labor camp and later released on bail for medical treatment. Then, he left his hometown to avoid further persecution.)

Mr. Yan from Luancheng County , Hebei Province

Su Wenbin from Lincheng County, Hebei Province

Upon finding where they lived, the policemen broke into their homes. They attacked the four practitioners with fists and kicks. They confiscated all of their Dafa materials and personal belongings, and even took possession of their cooking oil, cell phones, and blankets. Then, they took the four practitioners to the Chengguan Police Station in Lincheng County.

In the police station, the policemen tortured the practitioners to try and find out where they had obtained the Dafa materials. Four policemen beat Li Jinfeng at one time, and forcefully jabbed electric shock batons into his body, breaking two of his ribs. He fell unconscious for more than an hour from the extreme pain, and whenever he regained consciousness the policemen continued to beat him until he lost consciousness two more times. His body was covered with electric shock burns, cuts, and bruises.

On the next day, Li Jinfeng was transferred to the Handan Labor Camp. Practitioner Su Wenbin was illegally detained in the Xijie Detention Center in Linceng County. However, we don't know the whereabouts of the other two practitioners, Shang Kunfeng and Mr. Yan.

After Li Jinfeng was sent to the labor camp he couldn't eat for more than 10 days. His chest was swollen like a balloon while the rest of his body was emaciated. His two hands were cold, numb and shaking. He needed two people to help him stand up and it was very hard for him to walk around. As of now, he is still detained in the Handan Forced Labor Camp, suffering relentless torture. His life is in danger.

Su Wenbin has been illegally detained in the Xijie Detention Center for over four months already. During this time, he went on a hunger strike to protest the illegal detainment and lost consciousness. However, the Lincheng County Public Security Bureau and the detention center have refused to release him.
