Dafa Practitioners Released Due to Their Righteous Thoughts and Actions

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner "A" was illegally arrested in 2001, and was later handed a three-year sentence. Since "A" did not pass the prison physical he was held at a detention center. At the end of December 2002, this practitioner was suffering from a very serious case of edema throughout his body. The detention center called the practitioner's family to take "A" home after paying for his release. The family did not have the money so they couldn't go to pick up "A." The next day, the detention center called again but this time did not bring up the issue of paying for his release. So the practitioner was able to return home. After one week of studying Falun Dafa teachings and practicing the exercises, the practitioner recovered. This demonstrated the power of Dafa.

Dafa practitioner "B" was illegally arrested at the end of September 2002. Police confiscated all the goods and money from the drug store opened by "B's" family. "B" was sentenced to three years in a forced labor camp. Since "B" denied the arrangement made by the old forces, "B" failed the physical for the forced labor camp, and was released unconditionally.

Female Dafa practitioner "C" was illegally sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp after she went to Beijing to appeal in 1999. Since "C" maintained righteous thoughts and acted accordingly, she was released when the two year term came to an end. Since the local police officers refused to take her home, the head of the forced labor camp drove a car himself to take her home. The local police officers shouted at her: "Are you still practicing Falun Gong or not?" But the head of the forced labor camp said to the local police officers, "Please be kind to her, what you are asking is nothing for her, she has suffered a lot."

The camp head also treated "C's" whole family for a dinner, and sent a carton of cigarettes to her father. "C" had been totally denying the arrangements made by the old forces with righteous thoughts and actions during the detention period. The head of the provincial public security bureau admired her and said, "We are nothing in your eyes. Wherever we go, people show us respect, but in front of you, we did not show you respect, we must ask you for a favor." Since "C" had acted decently, the official helped her secretly. Since "C" did not give up at the end of her detention term, the local police officers refused to pick her up. This provincial leader then called the local officers and said, "Please help her just like you are helping me, just take her home."

Dafa practitioner "D," was forcibly sent to a brainwashing center by the "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches] from "D's" work unit. In the brainwashing center, those who had written guarantees asked, "We have already written guarantees, so why are we still being detained here?" "D" told them," So you should think about the issue a second time." Since refusing to cooperate with the evil, "D" went on a hunger strike, and kept on writing appeal letters. Sometimes, D fainted while writing, but kept on writing after regaining consciousness. On the tenth day of the hunger strike, "D's" family member was asked to pick "D" up and he was unconditionally released.
