The Smell of Burning Flesh Fills the Air as Dafa Practitioners are Brutally Tortured in Jinzhou Forced Labor Camp, Liaoning Province

The 2^nd Brigade in Jinzhou Forced Labor Camp is a concentration camp to torture Dafa practitioners. I was detained there for about four months, and witnessed the insanity of the demonic police officers. Since September 2002, determined Dafa practitioners were brought to the torture chambers. There are two such chambers in which Dafa practitioners were tortured in two different ways.

1. Policemen first cuffed Dafa practitioners' hands behind their backs, then forced them into safety helmets, where occasionally their mouths were covered. They were then sat in a corner behind a large table. Then two policemen and one criminal would ask the Dafa practitioner questions. They viciously slandered Dafa, and also played TV programs made to defame Dafa. Dafa practitioners were not allowed to sleep for 24 to 72 hours. They also used up to four electric batons to hit Dafa practitioners simultaneously.

2. If a Dafa practitioner did not cooperate with the police in the first instance, the police would restrain that practitioner in a big steel chair with all four limbs firmly secured. They would hit the Dafa practitioner with even more electric batons at the same time. They also inserted items underneath one's bottom to increase the pain. Policemen who tortured practitioners in the above ways include: Li Songtao, Yang Tinglun, Zhang Jiabing, Wang Jianguo, Zhang Chunfeng, Cai Yongjie, Zhao Yongli, Mu Jingsheng, Han Jianjun, and Yan. Han Lihua is the head of the 2^nd brigade, and Feng Zibin is the instructor. These two police officers give orders to torture.

Currently, the 2^nd brigade is illegally detaining over 40 Dafa practitioners. Among them, Wang Yuquan was repeatedly tortured, causing him to vomit blood frequently. Zhu Feng and Shi Zhongyan's terms have been extended over half a year. Except during the torture time, they were monitored 24 hours a day. Zhang Baoshi was the most badly tortured Dafa practitioner. The first time, he was hit with four high voltage electric batons at the same time, and was not allowed to sleep for four consecutive days and nights. Zhang's five sensory organs and his body were deformed from the torture. The smell of his burnt flesh filled the air, but he did not give up practicing Falun Gong. Another Dafa practitioner, Fang Ye, is in his twenties. He was heavily tortured by policemen and is still unable to walk.

Most of the Dafa practitioners in the 2^nd brigade suffered such torture. Those who had given up the practice under the pressure were monitored and forced to read books or watch TV programs made to defame and slander Dafa. They had to take tests on these programs and books. Every month, they were supposed to write a report to summarize their thoughts. Policemen and the brigade head frequently talked with them. They had to write words like: "Steadfastly follow the road of reformation, betraying the Teacher and Dafa," otherwise policemen would send them back to the torture chamber to be tortured even more harshly. They had to reorganize their reports and declare in front of the whole brigade that they voluntarily went against Dafa. They then had to slander Dafa and Teacher, and declare that they would "never regret again, following the government" etc. Now these people who were tortured both physically and mentally are suffering from various diseases.

I was escorted to the 2^nd brigade on the morning of December 30, 2002. Liang Gang, Zhang Xudong, Zhang Xuan, Wang Zhoushan had been tortured by policemen before me. I knew that Wang Zhoushan had been tortured for two days and nights. His legs were all bruised and in a bow shape, and he seemed just barely conscious.

I was similarly forced into a corner with hands cuffed behind my back and a safety helmet on my head. Policemen took shifts to watch me. They said if I did not renounce my belief, the authorities would not allow them to go home to enjoy New Year's Day. At about 10 p.m. that evening, Li Songtao, the deputy brigade head (also one of the most vicious policeman in the 2^nd brigade) pushed me down to the floor. Several policemen (Zhang Jiabing, Yang Tinglun, Zhang Chunfeng, Feng Zibing, Li Songtao) and a criminal began to force my legs into the double crossed position, and then pulled my legs into an extreme position. After 15 minutes, they found that it was useless, so they bound my two legs with ropes, removed my socks, and started shocking my two feet with electric batons. The ropes broke twice when I struggled. Then they pushed me down to the floor and punched me in the chest and back and simultaneously used several electric batons on my entire body.
