3. Ms. Zhang Suying, 59 years old, was detained in Dangzhang female's section of Wujiabao forced labor camp in Fushun city. Using a dull blade that Ms. Zhang had picked up in the yard, several other Falun Dafa practitioners and her sawed off the slats blocking a window. 4. Liu Baocai, supervisor of the Strict Enforcement Squad, handcuffed hunger striking Falun Dafa practitioners behind their backs, shackled their legs, and poured cold water on them. The electric shocks damaged her face, and she is still illegally detained.

5. 40-year-old Ms. Qi Caimei was arrested when she went to Beijing to validate the Fa in November 2000. Though suffering from severe torture in Chaoyang detention center in Beijing, she did not give her name out, from the beginning to the end. She was released after one month, but due to the report of a collaborator, she was re-arrested on January 30, 2001 and taken to Wujiabao Forced Labor Camp. Four days later, she went on a hunger strike. The section leader Wu Wei jumped up to slap her on the face. Her eyes turned purple and her lips bled from the electric shocks. The police forced her to squat. Because she refused to do so, she was handcuffed to a bunk bed. In April 2001, Ms. Qi was transferred to Group Three where she was ruthlessly tortured by 18 collaborators. They hung Ms. Qi Caimei in the air, four of them holding her feet, two holding her arms, while the rest pinched her over her entire body. This lasted for an hour and a half. Her armpit and chest were pinched to a dark purple.

In June 2001, Wujiabao forced labor camp set up a "strictly monitored" group. Ten Falun Dafa practitioners were isolated and forced to "sit on a board"* in a dark room from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., without being allowed to move. Three supervisors dragged Ms. Qi to the corridor while kicking and beating her because she resisted the physical punishment. The ten Dafa practitioners went on a hunger strike, and Ms. Qi was released after 35 days of hunger striking.

In August 2001, Ms. Qi Caimei was allowed to be bailed out for medication. In January, she went to Beijing again to validate the Fa by holding banners, and she was arrested and taken back to the forced labor camp. In April 2004, two men shocked her whole body with two high voltage electric batons. Ms. Qi had very strong righteous thoughts, and the evil people dared not shock her anymore after two rounds.

6. Ms. Shi Jinling, 50 years old: In November 2001, because she went on a hunger strike, Wu Wei shocked her lips with an electric baton. The area around her lips was covered in blisters, and the policemen knocked two of her teeth out while force-feeding her.

7. Wu Wei, the section leader, beat Ms. Zhang Chiqin with a plank from a bed frame, all because Ms. Zhang had been practicing Falun Gong exercises.
