Beating Death of Dafa Practitioner Yang Cheng at the Hands of A Policeman from the Meihua Police Station, Maoming City, Guangdong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Yang Cheng was beaten to death in April 2001 by murderer Liang Zheng, a police officer at the Meihua Police Station in Maoming City, Guangdong Province.

The Meihua Police Station personnel summoned every Falun Gong practitioner to the police station for questioning, and forced each of them to pay 30 Yuan to the police station.

In November 2001, Wu Yehui, chief of the Zhensheng Police Station in Maoming City led a group of police to the homes of over two dozen Dafa practitioners. They searched and confiscated their property. They even stole items with a value of only five Yuan.

Guangdong Province Judicial Department sent guards from the No. 5 division of No. 3 Branch Camp from the Sanshui Labor Camp to the Masanjia Labor Camp to study its criminal methods for persecuting Dafa practitioners. After coming back from their study, they used eight to ten electric batons to shock Dafa practitioners and also instigated criminal inmates to torture Dafa practitioners.

Police from Maoming City kidnapped Dafa practitioner Li Ming on the evening of March 2nd, when he was distributing Falun Gong flyers. He was detained inside a restroom at the Maoming City Legal Education School and was beaten by a bunch of thugs instigated by the police. He was seriously injured and his fate is unknown.

Maoming City Legal Education School is very vicious. All of the money that family members sent to Dafa practitioners was confiscated. Practitioners even have no money to buy toilet paper and daily necessities.
