Luquan City Brainwashing Center in Hebei Province Forcefully Administers Dangerous Drugs to Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) In the fall of 2002, I was arrested and sent to the Luquan City Brainwashing Center in Hebei Province. The center is run by the city "610 Office."* While being detained there, I refused to betray my belief.

In the end of October 2002, the brainwashing center personnel stepped up their persecution of Dafa practitioners. Kang Peixue and Gao Zhenzhong, the two leaders of the brainwashing center, together with Cui Yanfen, a retired policewoman of the 4^th division, Shijiazhuang Labor Camp (who had tortured many Dafa practitioners in the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center), started to torture me. They locked me in an isolated room and strapped me with tape to a chair. They did not allow me to sleep day and night. Every day, Kang Peixue, Huo Jianshun, Han Xiang and others forcibly held my head, squeezed my cheeks and forced some kind of drug into my mouth. If I spit out the drug, they would force it into my mouth again. The drug was a pink liquid that had an irritating smell, and I believe it was very harmful to my central nervous system. They also wrote Master Li's name all over the floor in the room, and tried to force me to walk on them. Han Xiang and others also held me down on the floor while they burned my Dafa books. Their evil acts are difficult to describe.

During this period, to expose their evil deeds to the public, I tried to have someone take a cup containing the drugs they used for testing. After they found out, they persecuted me even more. Policewoman Cui Yanfen personally beat my head, and when she became tired, she used a baton to beat me. She also instigated other evil people to beat me, especially on my head. One of my teeth was knocked loose and I could not chew my food.

*"610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.]
