Falun Dafa Poster Exhibit Held in the Colorado State Capitol Building (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) From March 31 to April 4, 2003, a poster exhibit about Falun Dafa was held in the Colorado State Capitol Building. It is the first time for Dafa practitioners in Colorado to hold such an exhibition. There were 18 poster display boards in total, covering the popularity of Falun Dafa around the world, scenes of many people practicing Falun Gong in China before the persecution began in 1999, the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and local activities to introduce Falun Dafa in Colorado. At the same time we showed a poster display board about American citizen Dr. Charles Li, who is being detained in China, and our appeal for his release.

The exhibition was held at the central hall of the first floor, which was a high traffic area. Since the exhibition began, many visitors have come to look at the posters and ask questions. One state representative called a Falun Gong practitioner to tell him that he had looked at the posters and to express his thanks. One visitor said he once witnessed the Chinese police beating Falun Gong practitioners on Tiananmen Square in 1999, so he has been paying close attention to the Falun Gong issue from then on.

The poster exhibit has enabled the government officials and the public to gain a deeper understanding of the facts about Falun Gong.
