The US Genocide Case against Jiang Is an Issue for Everyone

(Clearwisdom.net) At a critical moment during the case against Jiang, our lawyer had a conference call with the judge and the defense lawyers. There were calls to send righteous thoughts, and the conference call would be conducted at a certain time.

The conference call was to last 1 hour. I began clearing up my own field at five to the selected hour and then sent forth righteous thoughts for half an hour. Afterwards I read Master's article "Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts" twice and then continued sending righteous thoughts for another half-hour.

My mind was calm and focused, and the righteous thoughts felt truly powerful. I made the lotus hand sign and did my best to drive away the interference. When I began to focus my gong into the microcosm of all that was in my lotus palm to eliminate any evil trying to interfere with the people on the conference call, I encountered a lot of resistance. So I just kept eliminating the evil that I found there.

After the hour was over I felt considerably different, as the experience was quite profound to me. Such extended tranquility, and the clear, powerful righteous thoughts felt truly magnificent. Yet when I heard the feedback from the conference call, it seemed that it was not as successful as I thought it might have been. It was not bad, yet I thought there might have been a dramatic change, as my experience of sending righteous thoughts felt quite significant.

Later after sharing with practitioners, I found that some practitioners didn't even send righteous thoughts, and of those that did, some perhaps didn't take it very seriously.

This evening I was at a group discussion that discussed the issue of this case. Some shared that they felt indifferent, and I also felt this way recently. Many of us are busy, and many things often come up. But from my understanding, this case is not like any other Dafa project. The Fa at this level has manifested in a trial of the head of the evil. What will happen to the rest of the evil in this dimension if the trial is successful against this head of the evil?

What I realized was that I may have taken this issue seriously but I only did it as an individual.

In Master's "Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference", he said, "...it's just like what the student who submitted the question slip brought up, how are we to do a good job cooperating and coordinating with each other -- that's what Fa-rectification needs the most from Dafa disciples."

This is not only a Dafa disciple's responsibility, but it is a magnificent opportunity that will never happen again.

I think we should share with our fellow practitioners on this issue, discuss its importance from the bottom of our hearts and share our understanding of Dafa on this issue. Let's help to coordinate group activities that take our local environments into consideration and help facilitate a good environment for practitioner to improve together on this issue. When we can do this all at the same time in our different regions, then we are all doing the same thing as one body.
