"The evil has utilized the power in bad people's hands to create turmoil for nearly two years, using the most base actions ever in human history--whether ancient or modern, Chinese or foreign--and employing all the most malicious means to persecute Dafa and its cultivators. Its aim is to use coercive measures to change Dafa cultivators' hearts and have them give up their cultivation practice. This is futile. Never in history has someone who persecuted those with upright faiths ever succeeded. All of this is merely to use the evil's performance to solidify Dafa and remove cultivators' fundamental attachments so as to free cultivators from the shackles of humanness and karma. All those who have been weeded out are not true cultivators. Although the evil can run rampant temporarily in this period of time when it is being used, it will eventually end up in utter disgrace since in the Fa-rectification process they are beings doomed to be weeded out."

The lawsuit filed by overseas Falun Dafa practitioners against human rights scoundrel Jiang Zemin for genocide and torture has entered a new stage. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney have met once again to discuss the procedures in the next step.

It is of supreme importance to prosecute Jiang through legal procedures, so that the heavenly principles and the axiom that human rights are sacred and inviolable can be promulgated, justice can be upheld, and the people and governments all over the world can learn the truth about the evil persecution of Falun Gong.

There exist legal systems in the human world, but there also exist various political factors and ideologies that interfere with legal systems and undermine the justice of those systems. Because of this, those reigning state leaders who commit genocide by abusively using the power in their hands have been running rampant. Throughout history, it has been arranged for some countries to follow a Continental Law system, while some others like the United States and Great Britain follow a Common Law system, which has made it possible to create new precedents based on previous cases. However, there has not been a precedent in which the reigning state leaders who abuse their powers and commit genocide are prosecuted by law.

Today, we can correctly utilize the righteous and efficient means of the human world to eliminate the evil, which itself is a manifestation and behavior of Dafa disciples' participation in the Fa rectification process. The positive participation of all Dafa disciples in this lawsuit is a critical factor, because our righteous thoughts and righteous actions decide the developments and changes of the issues on the human level and also will decide the successful outcome of this lawsuit.

In order to 1) let people all over the world know the facts of the Jiang regime's persecuting people who cultivate Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, 2) allow the experts in judicial circles to openly appeal for the solemnity and justice of the law, 3) let every government have the opportunity to examine the genocide that Jiang's regime has committed by abusing its powers through various measures and methods to persecute the human conscience, learn from it, and take active steps to help end this vile persecution, we will distribute the contents and the information about this lawsuit to people all over the world on the largest possible scale. The more people know about the truth, the less opportunity the evil will have to linger on. The day when everyone knows the truth is the day when the evil will be completely eliminated.

We sincerely invite all people who care about the fate of China, the prospects of the world and the justice of mankind to step onto the historical stage to fully express their opinions, We Dafa disciples, as a whole and with strong righteous thoughts, should organize and coordinate this great historic trial from the perspective of morality, justice and reality.
