On April 12 around 2 p.m., Ottawa and Montreal Dafa practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy in Canada to send forth righteous thoughts for two consecutive days to clear away the interference and support the genocide lawsuit against Chinese dictator Jiang. Practitioners also made an urgent appeal to rescue US citizen Charles Li, who was illegally prosecuted in China on baseless charges.

On April 14, the plaintiff's attorney Terri Marsh, representing Falun Gong practitioners in the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office, delivered documents citing evidence of crimes by Jiang and the 610 Office and other documents required by the legal procedure. The lawsuit has made Jiang extremely nervous and he is trying all the means to prevent the establishment of the case and stop the case. To eliminate the interference and make the lawsuit go on smoothly, practitioners from Ottawa and Montreal gathered in front of the Chinese embassy to send forth righteous thoughts and clarify truth to passersby.

The facts that recently the Jiang regime kidnapped US Falun Gong practitioner Charles Li and tried him on trumped up charges demonstrate that the lawsuits around the world being brought against Jiang and his 610 Offices have really touched the regime's nerves. The exposure of their crimes has led them to retaliate against Falun Gong practitioners and their family members.

Li Xun, one of the coordinators of the event mentioned in his speech that at present, 60 countries around the world will bring lawsuits against dictator Jiang and the 610 Office. More efforts will be devoted to this.

Li Xun also said that it is crucial for all practitioners to participate and send forth righteous thoughts. Even though several practitioners will be involved in the legal procedures, further clarifying the truth to the Canadian government and its people is the most important and urgent task Canadian practitioners are facing now.

On April 11, practitioners from Ottawa held a press conference to inform the Canadian government and media about the genocide lawsuit against Jiang.
