In a Few Words: A Reminder

(Clearwisdom.net) I have just practiced cultivation for over a year and still have a lot of problems with my personal cultivation. However, I am worried about some phenomena that I have witnessed recently among my fellow practitioners.

There are more deaths being reported, but there is less in-depth sharing among practitioners. It seems that we have regarded rescue projects as work, and we seldom see experienced practitioners help less experienced practitioners, especially non-Chinese-speaking ones, improve their xinxing during the process of truth-clarification. Non-Chinese-speaking practitioners have fewer materials to read -- there is less sharing in English, and not all Master's books have been translated. Some practitioners still have very confused understandings on sickness karma, even after practicing a long time.

Master said in Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference (2002), "This is especially true for those students who stepped forward late, or who've stumbled, or who haven't kept up -- you should study the Fa a lot, listen to criticism more, and hurry to catch up." Of course, when we remind others of their problems in cultivation, we must always pay attention to our tone and our attitude and approach, and make sure they are compassionate. This is very important for our own improvement. Avoiding disagreements or arguments and being reluctant to share with one's heart is an incorrect tendency.

Only when we both cultivate well ourselves and help other practitioners improve can we do well together in Fa-rectification activities. Only when all of us have improved our attainment status can we manage to minimize the losses during this persecution.
